It was a good place to stay solo, it was clean and had a security box in the room. They have tour information and help you. Breakfast wasn’t included but near by you can find plenty of choices. The soap and shampoo dispenser didn’t work but water pressure was good.

Loved the hotel was very clean and nice. Great location for walking around. Staff very friendly. The AC was a little wonky we had some warm nights in the hotel. Make sure you close the bathroom door when not using it they have wondows that don't close so all the ac is going out.

Nice clean welcoming hotel. The room I booked was big and clean. There are many restaurants nearby, well within walking distance of 5 minutes. Although away from the night market area, it is a busy area within the tourist hotspots.

The pictures online and the room you are provide differ vastly. There is a weird aroma throughout the hotels second building which is where all the guest stay to my knowledge.

Good value for clean and functional accommodation. Walking distance (1/2 hr to Sat night market, 15 min to Sun night market) to activities. Breakfast is adequate.

Roseate was a great surprise. The hotel is really nice, more than I expected, really well located, rooms were quite comfortable and breakfast was very good. I would definatelly stay with them again.

Nice room, service and breakfast. Only thing is, you can hear everything around your room. If there are tourists staying during your time there, good luck sleeping before midnight.

Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were very clean and spacious for the price. The hotel has laundry service too. The location was also very convenient and down the road is a bar with live music and so entertaining meant is not far. I highly recommend it.

Nice, comfortable, clean, mordern hotel. Excellent room but dark. Needs more lights. Only one small light in the cealing. Reception staff seem a bit reserved and were preocccupied with their mobis. Breakfast - excellent. Location - good. Wi-fi ok but imtermittant during the evening peak periods. Recommand this hotel.

The hotel is very well presented and very clean and modern. The room was a good size. The beds are on wheels and not fixed to a wall so they do move around a bit on the shiny floor. Also they've gone for ambient lighting which translates mostly as dark which is a shame. The staff are very pleasant and willing to help with all enquiries. The breakfast if not included in room price is 500 baht. This is expensive for the area and there are signs round the room insisting you eat in silence. A few doors down is a lovely cafe that does great pancakes or bacon and eggs etc for much cheaper prices and very tastes!!

We were very comfortable at the Roseate Hotel. It is conveniently located just inside the old city walls. Close to everything. Near restaurants and shops. Very friendly and helpful staff. There is an elevator and a small gym. Good breakfast buffet. Room was clean and spacious with good AC and Wifi. We would definitely stay there again.

Hotel shakes as if unstable -it was very unnerving - just because someone is running down the hall your bed should not shake. First time I experienced this. Reception left a lot to be desired but there was a lady there who organized the trips and she was amazing.breakfast was not good -most of the things were stale including the fruit

Its a nice small hotel, in a good location in the old city of chiang mai. The rooms are big and comfortable,. The hotel staff was very friendly.

Staff was not that friendly and helpful. Requested for 7am packed breakfast the night before as told by the staff but upon morning when we asked about the packed breakfast, staff told us to have it in the restaurant because the breakfast buffet is now open. We were going for a tour and we know that we will take some time to eat thus we requested to packed the breakfast to eat on the move. In the end, they make us waited while they pack the breakfast. Also when we requested the night before for airport transfer at 12nn, they told us there is no driver when we check out at 12nn. In addition, their manager confirmed with my friend that the 100 baht/pax for airport transfer is ROUND-TRIP, but again their staff argued it is for single trip! And somehow, we were told that we did not give them the 100 baht/pax when we arrived on the first day. How is it possible that they did not collect from us when obviously they are doing a business and money is important to them. We were very sure that we gave. We didn't want to waste time to potentially missing our flight by arguing with them. We left and got on the red taxi who took 4 of us at 150 baht.

Hotel is in good location just inside the old city's north gate. Walking distance to most popular temples and short ride to night market. Room is spacious, clean, and stayed cool.
