The room was super clean and very comfortable. The staff was also very pleasant and helpful. I have stayed at this hotel several times and have never been disappointed.

The giant common bath on the 2nd floor is amazing (there is a carbonated water bath that is refreshing). The free massage chairs outside the bath is a great touch.
The in suite bathroom is a bit plastic-y for the nicer type of hotel that Cypress is trying to be and our toilet flush was LOUD!
The food in the on site restaurants are expensive so we drove out to the other side of the island daily to eat dinner but if you aren't drinking for dinner or are ok with cab or drive-home services, this isn't an issue.
The view and pool are amazing, and their rental bikes, as well as airport shuttle are nice conveniences.
