Felt old and ran down. Bathroom has seen better days. Maybe if there was vents the walls wouldn’t be peeling and looking moldy.

It said the lobby was being renovated but it seems like the rooms need some TLC as well. Our shower handle was about to fall off, cabinets stuck and doors were crooked, ceiling paint was peeling in our room. We liked the fact we could get 2 BR but otherwise I probably wiuld not book here again.

Nothing was nice about this place, its way over priced. The front counter had a can of raid on the floor. The pool was disgusting murky water with some kind of film on it. On top of that I found a scorpion of all things on the wall at the pool. So needless to say I did not sleep well. This place is outdated and dirty. $70 is the most you should pay at a place like this. I do not recommend staying here.

The freezer in the room was so loud we couldn't sleep through it. Front desk person said ok and nothing else when we told her about it. She was also on the phone the whole time I tried to speak with her about it and seemed not interested.

We were thoroughly impressed with our room & the hotel.
Very comfortable, roomy & exceeded every expectation. The kitchenette was wonderful. The bed was super comfy & the shower was huge!
The staff was friendly & informative. Hotel was quiet & located far enough away from the highway that you didn't hear any noise at all.

It’s was clean but ac thermostats was broken, tv remote was missing in one bedroom, and beds were a little hard

The accommodations were excellent the person that checked us in cared enough to check on the room cleanliness before we were books or signed to that room

The room was clean and we got a nice upgrade to a small suite. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were excellent.

The laundry had no way to purchase detergent or even get change for the machines. They missed the housekeeping service once. Big disappointment for a Marriott hotel. In fact I was shocked at the poor condition. It’s evident that this property is in trouble.

Checked in early which was great, front desk women are super kind and helpful but first room had no AC, Sunday check in and no maintenance people on duty, moved to 2nd room toilet was backed up, 3rd room was infested with rats...truthfully apparently the whole hotel is! They were EVERYWHERE! One even crawled on to the sofa in our room while we were sitting on it! Running through the hallways and in our rooms DISGUSTING! Board of health has been notified!

Each person in our group had a negative experience. They ranged from leaky showers and toilets to rodents and bedbugs in rooms, and soiled adult diapers piled in the hallway.

The young lady that checked us in was awesome! Great customer service. She was helpful in getting us checked in and moving us to a cleaner room immediately! She even offered to clean the room herself!
The hotel seemed fairly new but already worn out and dirty. The furniture was stained and things all over the room were broken. For the price I would definitely choose one of the other hotels in the surrounding area.

This hotel was the worst I’ve ever stayed. The room was not even cleaned. They never changed out the bedding as there was literally pubic hairs and body fluid all over the sheets. The soaps were not changed out, never was vacuumed and tables, sofas and countertops were dirty. There excuse was they were so busy and understaffed. This hotel should be shut down by the health department as it was absolutely discusting!

Could have you some more utensils if you plan on cooking. No sharp knives and large metal spoons would be nice.

We stayed in the two bedroom suite. The kitchen was lovely the stove even had an oven. Everything you needed to cook a meal. The beds were comfortable our viewers of the river it was nice. The only stuff that we encountered was the front desk. Both girls were absolutely wonderful. Very friendly I would recommend this place to anyone.

Front desk manager is rude. Swiped my credit card 5x for a deposit and caused my bank to email me a fraud alert. Then said my card was no good

Loved our room set up. Son slept on the pull out couch and we got some privacy with the door between the living space and the bedroom. I don't know why more hotels aren't set up this way. One bad feature was the pool was so cold the kids even refused to get in.

This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at and I travel often. The pool was indoors and heated, the breakfast offered a good variety of things including meat, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the most important is that the rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious.

The suite was great for our trip with grandkids. Everyone got their own bed and TV!

Room and staff were great, and room was new. The showers on the 4th floor were installed incorrectly and water "puddles" outside the shower no matter what you do to try and prevent.
Again, room was nice and the people were great.

Nice size room. Garbage under sink from earlier resident. Milk cartons under bed poor house keeping. Bathroom shower leaks, ( door was installed backwards). Noisy refrigerator.

My family and I decided to visit for Spring Break weekend. I was very surprised by the quality of the room for the price. It was a very spacious room. It was very clean and suited our purposes perfectly. The staff was very helpful and kind. I will definitely be staying here the next time that I am visiting Oklahoma City.
