This is by far the best Hampton Inn I've ever stayed. The rooms are super clean and well cared. The hotel smell very clean, the inner hallways smell like new. We also were very surprised by the good conditions of the bathroom, it was super clean, the towels smelled clean. The breakfast was excellent, the restaurant very clean, the area of the buffet breakfast very clean. The quality of the food very good. Congratulations to the staff of this hotel, they were very fliendly and they keep the hotel like new.

My room was to my standards very clean, however my air conditioning was very loud and I was awoken at 4:30 to a loud drip from the room above mine, very disturbing.

There was a seal on the door indicating it was clean and no one had entered. When we entered the room smelled amazing. The issue was when we went into the bathroom there was a loofah and razor in the shower and the sink had toothpaste in the basin and a tooth brush left there. It was very surprising and concerning.

Accommodations were clean and safe, however, our package includes breakfast. When we inquired about it, the employee said she was surprised that the bagged breakfast had not been put out, but we were hearing her put them together at the last minute. There was no need to lie. We would have been satisfied with her saying she ran out.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very attentive. We enjoyed the sitting area on the main floor and actually ate our dinner one evening. Our breakfast food was fresh and we had many choices to pick from. We really enjoyed our stay.

I have stayed at Hampton Inns before and I am always pleased and happy with the staff and comfort of the pillows and pools but is time the staff were helpful but not friendly and the pillows just seemed not as comfortable as the others. The pool was outside and I know that there are bugs but they didn’t clean it until about 10 am Everything else was great

Everything was pleasant except the carpet in the guestroom was not vacuumed . I hope this was just an oversight, but it took away from the pleasant experience otherwise.

The Hampton Inn Carrizo Springs was a very nice hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. There were very few people staying there so it was also very quiet. No rush at the breakfast bar in the morning. At first I was the only one there. My only complaint with Hampton Inn is the heavy comforters on the beds. Please have a cotton blanket as an option in the closet for those of us who get too hot under the comforter. Thank you, Marilyn

Staff were great. On check-in, the front desk lady chatted with us about our plans, then while we were getting our room organized and came back downstairs she had looked up the best path to my planned event the next day and told me best way to get there. Overall a very good experience.
