Room was dirty, had no towels. Asked for towels 3 times. 4 hours later I went to front desk and got towels myself. Door to room didn’t lock. Was very uncomfortable.

Convenient easy to get to location with 24hr QuikTrip next door, resturant next door and McDonalds in sight too. Not a fancy, new hotel but was quiet, everything worked, and was very reasonably priced!

Hot cheetos all over the kids room. Our room was on bottom floor and door gap was so big that it made it hard to sleep from the light shining in. Roaches in the curtains and beneath the bed. Absolutely disgusting.

Elevators didn't work No towels in the room TV screen was broken room smelled, carpet was old, dirty and smelly. Bed was very comfortable though

No elevator while being on the 4th floor, roaches, no breakfast for this side of the hotel. Lobby computers don't work. Other than that the staff is amazing!!! Very cool people. Accommodate you as best as possible. Seriously they are great!

I checked in to the Econo headed to my room. The moment I sat on the bed I saw a cockroach run across the floor before noticing a dead one in the middle of the room. I called the front desk and they were nice to assist. Before heading down we used the bathroom where two small roaches came from the tub before a huge roach ran into a whole in the corner of the wall. I left the property and had to find another place to stay.

Not one good thing to mention.

We found 4 ticks on the bed that came out. Never again

Don’t book a room with this hotel they lie about there princess and can rope you into a situation where you will have to wait a week for a refund AT BEST. Don’t expect any human emotion other than annoyance from the desk girl with colored hair and face piercings. She is cute but don’t judge a book by its cover she doesn’t care.

Roaches bedbugs reeked of smoke, heat didn’t work outter doors did not lock propped open mud on beds shower drains clogged

Basically it was 2 hotels in one building, the condition of the property wasn’t great. There was a funny smell as soon as you come into the building, I had to troubleshoot the cable. The doo unlocked but I had to ram the door with my shoulder just to get it open. The beds were like sleeping on stone. The only bright spot was the staff they were all very friendly and helpful.

Be warned, you get what you pay for. First impression when you walk into the building is that it has a stale/musty smell. The elevator sounded like it was going to just snap and fall the ground. When walking into the room, the stale smell was still there, we got a king bed, for 2 people. Only 3 pillows and they were the worst pillows ever. The bed felt like you were sleeping on bricks. The carpet constantly felts damp. The bed linen smelled stale, like the rooms hasn't been opened in months, the bathroom was extremely small but that's not what bothered us. The celling was literally peeling off, the wall paper was peeling as well. Even the shower was peeling. The shower head was dripping the whole time and that splattered onto the toilet, there was no extra toilet paper anywhere, we had to go buy our own. We even found ROACHES! They have signs posted saying that cleaning services are upon request, nope! They just go on in and clean up without a request, and STILL didnt replace the toilet paper. Overall, I get it. You get what you pay for, but I have experienced a cheaper place that was nicer than that hotel!

I was not impressed with the fact that I had trouble locating to hotel. After locating it and getting into my room, I discovered that there werea variety of bugs, one of which looked like a cockroach. After my 2nd night, I discovered a few bug bites on my hands, face and thighs. About the same time, there was a major altercation between 2 or 3 guests, right outside my door with shouting, cusing, pushing and shoving. On person was pushed into my door. This was very disturbing. Lastly, i made multiplexattemps to speak with management to extend my stay (not necessarily in the same room), and there was no response from anyone from 8:30 am until about 6pm. Needless to say, it was a very disappointing experience.

Don’t know about other properties. Smallest bathroom in the world. Pillows were awful. You get what you pay for.

Staff nice and clean

The property was dirty and smells moldy. The tolet ran all night and kids and dogs running down the hallways. In the room the stucco was falling off the walls. Disappointed because it was nothing like the info on the page.

This place needs to be torn down. Cockroaches are absolutely everywhere. As soon as I opened my room door they scattered. I rather sleep in my car. Do not come here. The front desk pair are the only good thing about this place. They are helpful and kind. I can’t blame the housekeeping I’m sure they do the best they can but this place is too far gone.

Check in was ok. Front desk person was no where to be found for a few minutes…. I totally understand that sometimes, they need to step away to help others. No issues there. Not enough key cards to give me two. Hallways were dirty and smelled heavily of pot. Elevator made unusual noises.. only rode in it once Room - ugh…. Where to begin. Carpets were stained…. Looked like old blood? But who knows! I am not a forensic expert. Bed spread was stained in MANY places. Sheets looked ok. Room smelled dirty. Loose bathroom fixtures, outlets were broken or loose. Worst was getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom - turned on the lights and cockroaches when scattering everywhere. Squashed quite a few. Then started looking closer - saw them on ceiling, wall by bed headboard, on the carpet…. Checked out very early the next morning. They processed my refund (front desk person didn’t object, just shook his head knowingly). Hotels . Com was quick to process the refund as well. Definitely NOT staying here again - and likely will avoid EconoLodge in general in the future. My only regret is not asking for a refund for the one night I stayed there. I still have creepy crawly fantom feelings of things crawling on me….. Tempted to

This Econolodge is old and hasn't been updated in a while. That said, the room we stayed in at least had the LVP flooring instead of carpet, which I greatly appreciated. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the area is quiet and safe.

Cigarette burn holes in curtains and comforter. Listed as non smoking and room had a stench of smoke. The price was good but the room also had roaches. People walking around the parking lot all hours of the night.

The neglected look of room the bathroom room was tight and looked like the ceiling was about to fall in the paint on the tub falling off wallpaper coming off mold all around the bottom of tub could not get extra towels or pillows

The worst experience I’ve ever had. We drove for 5 hours to get there, I had called ahead of time to let them know we would be arriving around midnight. Once we got there no one was there to check us in. After a while someone showed up. Once checked in we go to our room open the door and all these roaches are running around on the floor. I go and ask for a different room. We go to second floor, no roaches in that room but no water in it either. I call to let them know they tell me they are sold out. They offer me a refund and to see if hotels around us would offer the same rate. By this time is 130am and hotels around us are sold out as well. He offered maintenance to come in the morning but I told him we were leaving by 9am. He offered a single bed room and after 30 min he came by so I could look at ir. Went I went to look at it there was a roach on the wall. He then offered to give me a free night for next time but I told him I would never be coming back there again.

They did not offer breakfast at all. They only changed our sheets and didn't clean anything. They were late in allowing us to check in. Our TV didn't work so we had to have maintenance in our room for awhile. Just bad

This hotel is so nasty. I'm asking for a full refund. I refuse to sleep in that room. I opened the door a bugs fell. There were roaches in the corner on the wall. It smelled really bad. And for what they charge for a night that was unacceptable

I wouldn't ever recommend anyone to stay at this property. The only thing that was great about it was the staff change the situation and gave me another room in a different location which I thought was extremely nice. I'm almost at the point of not booking online anymore for that reason unless you're paying $100.00 dollars or more the hotel rooms are a crap shoot it's like rolling the dice 🎲 in Vegas sometimes you get lucky but most of the time you loose.

Has roaches and smells like cigarettes in the lobby.. they also asked for a deposit but demanded cash only. I ended up renting an air bnb instead.
