Owner was accommodating in letting us check in after midnight - I let her know in advance and called day of to give estimated time of arrival. Room was small, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a variety of choices - fruit, juice, cereal, packaged pastries, yogurt. Close to Cornell and worked well for our visit.

Pleasantly surprised. Its an older motel but you can tell the owner has been updating things. Very clean. Nice selection of items for the grab & go breakfast.

It was clean and quiet, pretty much bare bones but that was okay for my needs. Lots of little repairs are needed, but nothing major. My room had a stand-up shower, which was pretty dark and needs its own light. The bathroom light wasn't really enough.

Outdated decor. Stove top in room, but no coffee maker? Mattress was terrible. 2 hr breakfast is mini muffins & kids cereal boxes.

This is a good option for those looking for an economical, yet clean, place to stay close to Cornell and Ithaca. The staff were friendly. The rooms were of decent size. The beds were about what you would expect--not the best but not the worst. We didn't have any issues with noise from other guests. There was plenty of parking.

Close to Cornell University. While the rooms are a little dated, it was super clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was a nice touch and convenient in the morning. Trays are provided to take back to your room.

This is a tidy property with friendly staff, easy parking, and easy access to Cornell. The room was clean, but could use a little TLC - there was some peeling paint in the bathroom, and the a/c unit smelled like it could use a new filter. Overall, a very pleasant room, and I liked the retro pink tiles in the bathroom and the 70's era floral print bedspread.

Ideal location outside Ithaca city for events in Cortland or Ithaca area. Park right outside your room. Small, outdated but clean & efficient room. Tiny bathroom but functional. Quiet & safe location, well lit parking area.

It is a good location for one night. Clean, comfortable, calm and close to trails and Ithaca. Breakfast is OK (muffins, coffee, milk, orange juice, joghurt,corn flakes, bananas)

Absolutely terrible for the price. I feel so robbed. This was supposed to be a nice stay for my husbands birthday. Awful.

Steps up to second floor not steady and deck on second floor not steady. Mentioned to the owner and she said it was redone. Second floor room floor squeaked when walked on.

The Embassy Inn motel is not part of a corporate chain nor is it a luxury stay but it does not claim to be either. It is a quiet economical choice to spend a night or two. Clean, hot shower -tv worked -we didn’t come to Ithaca to spend time in the motel. The rooms could use some updating but they were fine. I would return if we are ever in the area again.

Everything worked and was clean. Fans and windowns that opened let us get good fresh air in the room. Beds were comfortable. Nice fridge. Microwave would have helped. Good coffee at breakfast and tasty mussin and yogurt. Very friendly and accomodating folks in charge.

The staff is very friendly - my wife and I arrived late and the employee was very accommodating! The rooms are clean and price is very good.

The property needs a few upgrades. Their driveway needs repaving. They need new room televisions. They are using small hospital room televisions where as most hotels have upgraded to flat screens.

Quiet. Decent price for the area. Continental breakfast so so. Maybe add ice water, juice, yogurt or toast (something a little more healthy than prepackaged muffins)
