Brandin' Iron is a solid mediocre motel... good for the price, not terrible, not wow. The rooms were clean and well cared for, the front desk friendly, the breakfast passable. It served its purpose in proximity and price, but really nothing to write home about.

People are friendly, but that's where the good ends. You get what you pay for. Queen beds are actually full size, at least in my room. Breakfast had very little selection, and not enough seats. Bathroom has no heater. Very little TV selection. Not enough parking. Coffee wasn't good. There's not much more to it.

Good choice for West Yellowstone, good price, clean adequate rooms, wifi tv good, breakfast a bonus. 2 floors no elevator, good parking, close to restaurants and gas stations. Staff very friendly

This hotel is Very popular with bus tours. Which means it’s very busy. To get hot water in the morning and a seat for breakfast you need to get up before 6am or after 9, when everyone has left.

Amazing location, outstanding hotel, front desk was over the top helpful....walking distance to all the needed places for food and shopping...morning breakfast was very decent with plenty of choices for having a well rounded "load up" for the days exciting adventures...

This was a great hotel, especially for the price! Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was just OK but that’s typical for most hotel breakfast. Very convenient to town and super convenient to the west entrance to Yellowstone. I would certainly stay here again and would recommend it.

Not expensive but nice. Beds could be better but not bad. Breakfast was better than expected. The heating system wasn't great, it would cycle between too cool and then too hot before the heat would turn off

Room was very clean and comfortable. Well equipped. The gentleman that checked us in was very polite and offered us a room on the ground floor with king bed.

The hotel was very conveniently located near the western entrance to Yellowstone and close to the downtown of the city. The hotel offers a decent hot breakfast; there’s something for everyone. Parking is tight and barely adequate. Overall, a decent stay for one night.

We had a pleasant stay in The Brandin' Iron. The room was comfortable, breakfast was OK, and we were close to shops and restaurants.

In the heart of West Yellowstone, this was one of the many options available. Rooms a basic and affordable. The staff is terrific and it is located within walking distance of the heart of town. Breakfast is served each morning. There is also an RV park located on the property.

Very average aging hotel with decent beds but a lot of dust on surfaces, very expensive for what you get which is basic.
Very uncaring check-in lady. We are both in our seventies and travelling with a lot of luggage for several months. We arrived around 3pm and saw about 3 cars in front of rooms. We asked for a ground floor unit as there is no lift. She said we were on the top floor and they were booked out. I can’t believe she could not change our room to save us lugging heavy luggage up stairs but that is what we had to do with a lot of stress and effort. Really uncaring and unconcerned. Bad memories of this hotel.

The women on the staff were very helpful. The man at night...not so. The room was very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located and most of the town was walkable. I didn't like that our parking place in front was NOT reserved for us, and others parked there and we were bumped to a field in back. But it was a pleasant stay and I told them I would recommend their motel.

It is more like a motel than a hotel. Rooms side was good with 2 queen beds for 4 people. Property needs some updating done. Breakfast was terrible with not many options, stayed 3 nights but only had breakfast for 1 day. $300 a night is not worth for this hotel.

The room was very run down and old. The closet door was broken, the latch on the door was broken, the air conditioner frame was loose, the refrigerator froze everything inside. They charged me $300 per night, such a rip off. Would never stay again or recommend to anyone. Very disappointed l!

I thought the property was meticulous and SO clean.
The pool, hot tub, game room and random fire pits were out of this world!
