There was an awesome market behind the hotel with a lot of dining options, also close to 7-11 and other stores that are very walkable.
The only thing would be the hard bed, but it seems to be just a Thailand thing overall.

The staff was nice and accommodating, had me moved to a quiet room that was facing the front of the hotel. Some rooms can be very noisy because they face the bar and they are the cheaper room type I think. The deluxe room was cleaner and much more liveable .

Location is not good. The “W District” is teally just a food court. I left a bottle of shampoo there, worthless to anyone but me. The staff made me sit there for 45 minutes doing nothing but typing, then told me, out of the blue, “we don’t have it.” This was only a few hours after I checked out.
