Great locations and excellent customer service! If you are in town for business or leisure… this hotel is in the perfect location, especially if you’re going to an event at Target Field or Target Center. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. The breakfast and beverage station are a plus!

the bed was to low and not very comfortable , due to knee issues it was hard to get up from the bed . needs better lighting in bathroom.

The room was very clean and well updated. We were there for a Timberwolves game at Target Center, which was a just a short walk through the skywalk. The front desk members were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great too!

Housekeeping opened our door multiple times without announcing themselves. It continued to happen even after calling the front desk and being assured the issue wouldn’t happen again.

We used the parking garage across from the hotel. We used the indoor walkway to get to the hotel and to the event we were attending. It was very convenient. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Beware of their sneaky parking charges. They advertise $12 a day on Expedia and when you check in they tell you that they will give you a discount if you pre-pay your parking with them. I assumed they were charging the $12 per day. When I left the parking lot, I only owed $17 so I realized I had overpaid but then when I got home and saw my email, I saw that they had actually charged me $20/day for a total of $41.66! This was $24.66 more than I would have been charged without their interference. When I called to complain they were willing to refund only $16 to honour the original $12 they advertised. That was a huge disappointment considering other hotels try to save you money on parking. Otherwise our stay was nice.

Love this hotel for shows at First Ave, always pretty great. We flew in later in the day and parked in the Hawthorne ramp staff (when I called before booking) recommended - very easy. However, when I had called they didn’t say how the parking validation worked, and we weren’t asked if we parked in the ramp when checking in. When leaving, we were asking the young man helping us a few questions out of curiosity about how the pricing worked: hotel vs ramp signage, event parking, etc. since we typically park just across the street in the open lot. The woman (I’m guessing Mgr by apparel) at the front desk was incredibly rude, interrupting with “well if you don’t want to pay the hotel you can pay whatever they charge you at the ramp”. Not sure if either of the front desk attendants forgot to mention or were distracted by the woman’s argumentative attitude to mention that we need to keep the parking ramp ticket AND the ticket they give you, instead we were just given the ticket and told to use that instead when leaving. Overall, great stay, but if you’re parking in the ramp may as well just pay the “lost ticket fee” rather than dealing with the hotel at all.

Nice hotel with skyway access to Target Center and the parking ramp. Many safety features like key-only access to exterior doors, including front door to lobby. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast offered many choices and there was plenty of seating. We don't usually stay in downtown areas but we were pleasantly surprised at how uncongested the area was and how safe we felt.

Thomas at the front desk was aMAZing! So nice and helpful. We took our dog for the first time to a hotel and appreciated the potty area so we didn't have to go out on the sidewalk or find a park. The only downside were the beds - uncomfortable.

I slept about an hour between the rock hard bed and the ridiculous noise. Location was convenient, but that’s the only good part about our stay.

This hotel was great! Easy parking, safe, clean! The bed was so comfortable and our room was very spacious. I had read bad reviews about the parking but the parking garage was huge and easy to navigate with the Skywalk. Was very convenient!

Very nice hotel, we parked across the street from hotel, was $12 for overnight parking. Breakfast had lots of options and was clean. Room was very nice. We went to an event at Target center and super quick and easy thru the skyway, we will be back.

$50 check in early fee for 40 minutes is a little extreme. Especially on a sunday. Also, was told that their "parking fee" for the lot was $20, validated ticket. I still had to pay $5 additional to get out...

The guys working the front desk when we checked in were so very friendly and helpful! I'm sorry I didn't get their names, was the one named Dre? Anyway, they just made us feel so welcomed, and when we asked for dining recommendations, and we told them we were craving nachos, they told us to go down the street to Tom's Watch Bar and gave us coupons, and it turned out to be the best nachos we've ever had, along with a great price with the coupon! Will definitely stay there again!

The restaurant "on premises" is attached via a skyway and is not directly affiliated with the hotel. It closes on Sunday & Monday and the staff didn't notify us of this upon arrival, even though two out of three days of our trip included these days.
