Nice place

What a nice place to stay. Quiet, eventhough it is close to the main road. A lovely pool and we had a whole house for our own. We would love to come back another time.

A nice looking place but there was no hot water in the showers, and we constantly woke up to cockroaches in the shower. There was barely anyone at reception so it was impossible to rent bikes or get help. Paper thin walls meant we could hear EVERYTHING. The pool was also too dirty to swim in.

The large tent that we’re in is nice, and I like the eco-friendly and natural theme of the place. My only issue was that they initially had trouble finding my reservation when checking in, but they were able to get us in anyway.

The best thing was the caring yoga teachers, I went to yoga every morning. Our teacher, Gretka, practices all branches of yoga and starts with a beautiful different meditation each day. It is not just about perfecting a pose and she stays late to answer any questions and gives good advice on the whole area. I was there 10 days and traveling alone but I did not feel alone. The staff and the other travelers all looked out for each other and I made some good friends. The bikes are in high demand so if the hotel does not have one be sure to rent one off the street. I felt very safe there. The yoga in the evening was also nice but I only went one time as I was busy doing other things. A good restaurant is Las Margaritas, traditional food, friendly waiters and fair price. Potheads is excellent and very close but expensive.

Ideal place even with kids. Really relaxing atmosphere and...very quiet. Only down thing would be the pool temperature which was a tiny bit too cold for the kids.
There is also a nice & cosy place to take your breakfast next to the pool but separated from the hotel

the hotel is located outside the tourist portion of the town. The tents were very interesting. We stayed in the suite. Clean an adequate.

I looked into this property to book a yoga retreat but found it a bit odd that they were offering restaurant vouchers instead of meals at their on- site restaurant. I ended up just booking a couple nights at Harmony and the rest at surrounding hotels. I was very glad about that later on! Harmony is currently in a state of transition, unbeknownst to me they had actually been closed for awhile and the previous restaurant is gone. I arrived to a hotel in disarray. The grounds were messy and poorly maintained, the pool deck dirty, the planks warped and the chairs hadnt been wiped down in who knows how long. The room looked like it needed some love, the sink counter just and unfinished piece of wood and the glass in my patio door smashed. On top of that, as a solo female traveller I didnt feel particularly safe... My door had a flimsy lock on it and there was no safe to put my passport away. On my second day there, they shut off the water to my room which no one notified me of and when i enquired about it they didnt know how long it would be off!? I felt that at very least the property should be transparent about the state their hotel is in and realistically shouldnt be charging their full rate. On a positive note, I did find the staff and owner to be very friendly and the owner was clearly working on improving the space. Also, the yoga space is lovely and the class I took with a wonderful swiss instructor was fantastic . Take a yoga class but skip the stay.

It was a great getaway for a relaxing time in nature. Great pool, tent, cleaning service, and delicious restaurant. I wish the restaurant was open
More often as it closed at 3pm.
Great showers and bathroom.
Only complaint is it was far from the beach and a lot of mosquitoes.
We loved Harmony ! Great time

The property has multiple amenities - including a farm, yoga studio, cafe, pool, and bar - which are unexpected and really nice to have around! The property tends to get very quiet at night since it's a bit of a walk from the center of town. All-in-all, a quiet, comfortable place to stay and very sustainable/eco-friendly!

Quiet and friendly staff. Bike rentals were a plus and not to far from anything.

We got there at 9:30 at night and they didn’t have our reservation. Also, I had previously booked a shuttle and none of the drivers had heard of this place. Didn’t feel safe in the area, very dark. There was no one there when we arrived. Looked like a ghost town. Restaurant was shut down too.

A lovely hotel with a friendly welcome. The room was large, clean and airy with a very comfortable bed. It was quiet and we enjoyed a great yoga class on the second morning with Adam. There was no restaurant and bar were not open however and the outdoor furniture needed some maintenance and updating. It was out of Tulum but very walkable which kept the noise down.

My husband and I just returned today after spending 7 nights at Harmony Glamping. We were in the Santorini tent and since I’d just celebrated my 50th birthday the tent was decorated with balloons, rose petals etc which was thoughtful. Thank you ! Although I’d say the tents are not quite as glam as they look on website, they are pretty and comfortable. We had a lot of very heavy rain, but remained dry and we were not troubled with bugs or with it being too hot. The shared bathrooms were adequately clean throughout the stay and showers nice and hot. All the staff were absolutely lovely, in particular Ellie on reception who gave us so much advice and was super friendly. The location is good, easy access to the Talum main drag and the beach is not difficult to get to in taxi or bicycle. The on-site restaurant Flow is a separate venture to hotel, but we enjoyed a few breakfasts there and a couple of dinners. Shout out to Mauro and Mosca and the other staff at Flow who were fab. Thank you Harmony for a brilliant stay.

Where to start... All staff were very welcoming, helpful and gave us great tips on how to make the most of our time in tulum. The tents vere very clean, they had cute decoration details and you feel secure leaving everything inside your tent since they give you a lock. They had shared showers and bathroom for guests staying at the tent area (they also have regular rooms), they were always very clean. They have a nice small pool, their own restaurant (absolutely delicious and fresh food) and a yoga garden (they offer classes daily). Staying here was a great experience, allows you to relax and if you want to walk around main avenue it's close by. Beach is a few kilometers away, but within biking distance. I can't wait to go back!

The hotel was really adorable. I have never been glamping and this was definitely my first and best experience. The little cafe with little swimming pool was super adorable. Service was great. My only issue was the actual temperature in the tent. The night was pretty cold and it was hard to get warm even though they provided a warm blanket.

Beautiful place to try some glamping. Only thing I would change is to have some air conditioning because of the overwhelming heat but don’t know how that would be possible. Overall great experience :)

It was originally very nice staying in the tents but the second night we stayed, a group of very loud drunk Germans argued and carried on for over an hour (at 3am). I had to ask them to tone it down but it still continued. I was quite disappointed with the Security guard ignored it all. Needless to say we didn't get much sleep and we chose to stay elsewhere afterwards.

Five-minute car ride to Tulum ruins, very good location as long as you have a car (or a bike). What a neat place to stay! Great pool, nice community room, on-site food (although early to close), and if you get a room rather than a yurt, the decor is truly one-of-a-kind! A few bugs got into the room, because the building is not 100% sealed, but nothing that caused any problems. There are shared bathrooms for yurt-dwellers that are very clean and convenient. Bathroom in the enclosed room is huge. Full kitchen in the room, and honestly you could stuff at least 6 adults in, if not more. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.
Parked car on street outside. Unguarded, but no issues. Immediate neighborhood bordering on sketchy, at the very limit of Tulum town. But overall, experienced no negative issues.

When we arrived our tents were cancelled, even though I told Ithun definitely NOT to cancel, as we did not want to lose the full amount of money we had already paid!!! We then had to try & find somewhere to stay for 2 nights, which was very difficult in Tulum, as most hotels were fully booked. This made this part of the holiday extremely stressful & I will be contacting you on my return to England for a full refund. I saw the emails from the owner of harmony glamping to Expedia, so do not know what went wrong!!!

We had suite called toscana. Room was really beautiful and there was a lot of space. Ac works more than fine. There was big shared terrace with other room. We had great time. The hotel is side of the pueblo so you have to walk 10 to 20 minutes to get in center.

Absolutely charming and cosy tent. Very pleasant set up. Was pleasantly surprised to find it so clean.

The hotel is a little far from the city center and beach, definitely not walking distance. For much less you can find something better right in the middle of Tulum or for a little more you can find an offer for those hotels front-beach. Given the rustic look of the facility, expect to find some bugs and ants in your room, however the space and decorations are BEAUTIFUL and UNIQUE!The staff is super nice and professional.

Even if the Harmony Glamping team is very friendly, it was quite hard for me to relax while smelling the mold which builds on the Tents. Some Tents smell more than others, we got to see 3 of them, they all smell. The Lodge is expanding so they have workers coming in every morning at 8am and the most funny part is that their break table is just in front of the women's bathroom. So this means that if you shower on the right side and open the shower door for clothes or whatever, these men will be looking right inside the bathroom. The neighbor has 2 dogs that bark often. You can get a room with a bathroom for the same price. So even if the tents look nice, evaluate if you can sleep in a moldy tent.

We really did enjoy our stay. A few things could be changed but that's our thoughts.
Great little place. Hidden little place. We enjoyed.

Nice place but it would be nice to have a pool since it is very hot and not close to the ocean
