I loved the hotel. Super nice staff and the morning breakfast is wonderful. The only problem is Expedia didn’t let them know I booked or that I was coming. They need to follow through with them. They tried to make me pay for my stay when I was departing.

Stayed as 2 friends in a twin room on the third floor, which was very clean, the sheets were changed daily we think, and clean towels provided. Breakfast was a selection of meats and cheeses, bread for toast, jam, butter, honey and olives, fresh juices, coffee tea and cereals, as well as scrambled eggs and sausages (more like frankfurtes).
The service was good, with friendly reception staff, and they agreed to keep some bags for us for a couple of days while we went to ollantaytambo!
The one issue we had was ordering from.room service, where our interpretation of a club sandwich massively differed from ours, making it hard to order with allergies.
Bear in mind you will have to pay charges for taxes when you arrive.
Would stay again if needing to be in that area, but for general tourists would prefer somewhere different. Thanks.

Staff at Hotel Ferre are absolutely amazing! I had originally booked my stay at their sister hotel in Lima and realized it the day before. Not only did they transfer the reservation to the correct hotel they didn't add any additional fees and made it as seamless as possible. Once I arrived staff had held my bag which was delivered by our hiking agency and checked us in quickly. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The following day I had a late flight and didn't want to spend the day exploring with my luggage and they were happy to hold it for me until the end of the day no hesitation. Thank you all for going above and beyond! Oh and cabs can easily pull up to the front door which was an extra plus since most places are down alleys and require drop off at the ends of the blocks.

This hotel was pleasant with a clean facility. The elevator was a nice treat along with the restaurant on the top floor. Location was at the end of the industrial section however a short walk brought us to convenience stores and other restaurants.

This hotel is a good value for the price.
The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable.
There is a good heater if it gets too chilly.
Breakfast was good-scrambled eggs, bread, cereals, fruit, hot dogs.
The staff were very helpful and spoke some English.
It cost about $2 to take a taxi to the tourist areas in Cusco from this hotel.
The surrounding neighborhood does not have a lot of shops and restaurants. It is not a far walk to Avenida La Cultura for some that though.
The shower was not always hot water at all times of day.

the hotel is located in not a good neighborhood with lots of car noise. I would definitely not recommend to anyone. Also they tried to nickle and dime it charging 3.5 soles per small bottle of water. All other 5 hotels I stayed at, 2-4 bottles were on the house.

This by far was one the worst hotels that I have ever traveled to. Upon arrival, my taxi driver said that the area we were in was not safe for tourists. That should've been my cue to leave but I decided to give it a chance. I checked in and the room was very very very small!!! I could not believe it. But, i decided to stay any way. As my fiancée and I fell alseep, we were quickly awoken by loud music and dogs barking at the top of their lungs. This was very frustrating as we had a tour at 2am. After we got out of bed, we decided to let the hotel know we will no longer be staying there because of all the noise. Receptionist was fine with it and apologized for the noise and said that only happens on weekends (I was booked for fri-sun). He charged me for the one night and I asked him to keep our bags at the front and he said okay. After our very long day out at the mountains, we came back to pick up our stuff and the same receptionist told us the manager said to charge us for an additional day!! I was so mad!!!!!! I fought them until I called Expedia and they lied to Expedia saying I only left because of my 2am tour(lies). Needless to say, Expedia was nice enough to give me a small voucher and I didn't have to pay anything else. Please beware guys, I'm pretty sure the reviews are fake and were written by management. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

We only stayed one night to wait for our flight out of Cusco but we were happily surprised to find this hotel to be very nice and clean. If we go back to Cusco, we will definetely stay here.

Only stayed one night to catch up on sleep after a three-legged flight, and before going to see Machu Picchu. The hotel was GREAT for that. The room was small, but the bed was comfortable, and CLEAN!! The shower was nice and hot and the bathroom was remarkably clean. Breakfast was ready when stated and the service was excellent!!

Perfect location right in the heat of Aguas Calientes. Good price and perfect location. Staff were very helpful. What an amazing place to visit!!!

The room was very nice and comfortable. There was quite a bit of road noise that kept me up the first night, but most the hotels I have stayed at in Peru are not well sound-proofed. Light sleepers should probably plan to use ear plugs wherever they stay.
The staff were extremely helpful and professional. The location was not near anything exciting, but we were not staying in Cusco for long and we were basically only in the city to sleep, so the location was fine.
I can't say how breakfast was because we left the hotel before breakfast was served each morning. But the last day they packed us some fruit, juice, and small sandwiches to go, which was very nice.
One negative - after hiking Rainbow Mountain I had a pretty bad altitude headache. I had specifically chosen a hotel that would have an oxygen tank, but when I needed it I found out it was out for repair. That was disappointing. It was a rough night, but I felt fine by the next day.

The staff at Hotel Ferre provided exceptional service. The only downside to staying at Hotel Ferre is the location. Cabs are relatively affordable in Cusco, but taking a taxi can be cumbersome when you're ready to take a break for running around. Don't let then location deter, as the service and good breakfast make it worth the trouble. Hot shower are anbasded bonus!

Thought it would be closer to the airport, they should offer free transport. Otherwise very friendly staff and a clean hotel, nice breakfast.

Wanted a bit of comfort after marching along the Lares Trail to Machu Picchu. Clean and compact room with a comfortable bed and reasonably fast wifi (for Cusco). Pretty close to the airport but a good 30 minute walk from the central square. Taxis only about 6 sols so not a problem getting to and from the square/hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.
