Do not stay at this property as the noise is overwhelming. It is very close to a busy road and the trucks can be heard crashing up and down the street early in the morning. Coupled with this, the property has no exterior doors at the end of each hallway. Therefore the afore mentioned noise just cascades down the hallway. Not to mention the beach bars across the road that blast music as well. Give yourself a rest and stay elsewhere

Old hotel, not maintained, Water leaks all over, especially in the Bathroom, furnitures damaged. Holder for Toiletpaper was not fixed. Noisy. A/C need to be replace, really loud.

Excellent, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Unfortunately the room was nosy facing on to a main road and did not have double glazing to help- keep the noise down. Also the air conditioning was defective in that it operated only on automatic with the fan noisily cutting in when the temperature rose and waking me up frequently through the night

Deceiving pictures on your website are showing a whole different property, no restaurant or bar, rundown building poor housekeeping, weak breakfast and no hot water every time you need a shower, good attitude on hotel’s personal but unfortunately some times it is not enough, close to downtown but no decent restaurants in the near surrounding areas. No recommended at any cost

I liked the location of the hotel, it was within walking distance between the places that I had to go for business. I did not like that there were not many restaurants nearby only one beach huts that served mostly fries foods. I also did not care for the noise from the traffic, too may horns blaring, Finally is was annoyed by th discrepancy in my bill during check out. The front desk staff needs to pay attention.

There were quite a few things wrong with this property. Overpriced for what was provided. I know why though, because of the accessibility to the beach. First, the pictures of are deceiving. The rooms are small. The outside view was photoshopped. Heavily in need of a makeover, renovation or upgrade. Second, hot water is none existent. Taking a shower was very annoying no matter what time of day or night. There is a small ant issue that was in the bathroom. Showers need to be remodeled with shelving to place personal shower items. Third. The peephole on the outside was missing a piece to it so you can see straight in to the room from the outside. I took toothpaste and covered the peephole with tissue over the toothpaste. Fourth. There is no laundry facility on site. Pool side bar was closed my entire stay. The breakfast was ok for what it was. I did not want any housekeeping during my stay. I did have to ask for an iron to be brought up to me to use. The staff was very pleasant and well mannered. I would not recommend this location until an overall renovation is done. I have worked for HIE and I know revenue is more important than property renovations. Not the best way to run a business. I enjoyed my stay in the Bahamas just not the hotel.

Fire/warning system alarm went off three times at 3am and 4am. Room we reserved was not available. Had to split up my family into two different rooms. Overall, a pretty sub par property and extremely expense for a one night stay.

It was an average hotel, nothing spectacular. Breakfast was limited but ok. Rooms need improvents in all areas. One TV did not work..

Pros: staff and front desk staff friendly. Bed was comfortable and clean. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Cons: no hot water to shower. Repairman said it was fixed but it wasn’t. TV had ghost images. The reception was poor.

The staff as super nice. The property needs some work but it was sooooo much better than the place I stayed before arriving here. The pool wasn’t available because they said it was under maintenance. The workout room smelled mildewy and it was super noisy at night so it was hard to sleep but that is because it’s located on bay street on Junkanoo beach. Overall convenient location.

Excellent location for Junkanoo beach margaritaville the national art gallery of the Bahamas and the pirates museum. I was disappointed that I could not get hot water through the day to drink tea! Otherwise I had no complaints

Don't let the photos fool you. Very run down and outdated to say the least. Paint chips were falling off our room and throughout the property. Loud music and cars/street noise will keep you up all night. We had to find a different resort to stay in as this one was pretty terrible.

Located a across from the beach!!! 15 minutes walk to fish fry and straw market. Staff Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included was appreciated. Overall I had a great safe time. I would stay there again because it’s centrally located
