While the property itself is very nice and the rooms are very clean an d close to the central railway station, the immediate neighborhood had some challenges with homeless and drug related activity that did not really make you feel as secure as in other neighborhoods.
While the neighborhood was quite diverse and had lots of middle eastern stores and restaurants, there were homeless people setting up shop selling whatever they could recover from the trash right on the sidewalk across from the hotel.
The front desk staff was very helpful and provided directions and advice for seeing the sites across town

Great apartment. Exactly as advertised. Apartment was spotless and our room was serviced which we werent expecting. Very close to the Hbf which was awesome. Good location to explore Hamburg.

There nice hotel that is conveniently placed walking distance for the main railway station as well as the city centre. The price is also very good.
