Staff was really went over and beyond here. I was sick and they offered to go to the pharmacy for me and get the medication I needed. I’m very touched and highly recommend this place.

Building was a bit old. AC unit is as leaking at times/not really working properly.
Ants were around the room but maybe this is a Bali thing.

Arrived to dirty hotel..shown to pool view room with no window..so no view..coffee tables in reception covered in animal hair..moved to another room past dirty swimming pool..only to find building work in progress..Management promised Full Refund but Hotels.com have only supplied Partial Refund..terrible service

The staff were a complete standout. Brilliant. Would have preferred an option of spirits at the bar as my partner didn't like Bintang (weird right?).

Very noisy. The rooms are not sound proof. There are people chatting at the pool area all night and the staff didn’t stop them.

In this hotel you get good value for your money. The service is good and the location of the hotel is excellent if you are planning to get a car transportation or scooter. We stayed in the superior room which has an amazing bathroom. Only problem is the noise, you will hear everything that happens in the pool or in the reception area. If you get the superior room, be prepared to use earplugs when sleeong. Still the hotel feels really safe and it's really affordable and allows you to spend your money on something else during your holiday.

I was very comfortable here! The walls are a little thin to the pool so you can hear the outside noise a little but its not to bad! They have a restaurant in the lobby and it is very good and doesnt cost much at all! The hotel is located about a 20min walk to the beach and is in a busier area of the city. Overall is was a comfortable and nice stay!

The moment we reached the hotel, we were amazed by the cleanliness. I really love the room; comfortable bed and nice bathroom layout. Location is very strategic. Worth the price paid.

I stayed here as I was flying in late into Bali and just needed a comfortable place to sleep. I used their airport transfer (you need to pay in cash) and the staff was lovely. The room is basic and the pool was nice. Great location.

It is just a walking distance for cafe hopping. Potatoes head is near, considering walking till the end of all cafes and shopping mall.

Good hotel if you're on a budget. Ordered room service and got a mouldy burger. Not good for light sleepers, walls are so thin I kept thinking someone was in my room! Staff very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience. The staffs provided amazing service. I booked a room for my parents, first they upgraded our room, that was lovely. The room is clean and very nice, walking distance from busy area and in the main road. The service is probably what we like the most. Professional, attentive and caring to their guests. A very pleasant one week stay!

Struggle to understand how this is a 4star hotel. Good location. Not bad or 2 nights I guess. If you are staying longer I recommend you book something else.

This hotel has large tour groups, who get up very early for breakfast and seem incapable of normal speech. They just shout all of the time...when I do not have to wake up at 6.00am this shows massive inconsideration..also the trolley full of crockery and cutlery required to set up for breakfast was wheeled very loudly past my door every morning. During the day the hotel is empty..and quiet....but once the groups return...so does the noise.

Staff were friendly but there were no fans or air conditioning in the breakfast area, the room and bathroom were ok but only a cool box was in the room and not a fridge. I was also bitten by something during the night (possible midgies in the bedding). Would not stay at this hotel again.

Small hotel, the rooms are very small even too small for two people with 2suitcases.
Also the walls are very thin so you get woken up early in the morning by nosy neighbours!!

It's the second time we have stayed it this hotel. The staff here are fabulous.. Nice pool area with sofas to lounge around on... Good breakfast selection at a very reasonable cost with freshly eggs cooked to order... Good location, away from the hussle and bussle of the centre but only a short walk away.. There are lots of shops and restaurants close by and many more in the centre. I would recommend this hotel to all and would happily return here 👍

The hotel was actually extremely nice with a very nice pool area on the first floor. The showers were clean and nicely designed. It's a little away from the main areas of Seminyak but still a great hotel.

The front desk staff took a long time to check us in. Lobby was in terrible condition but the rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. Super small rooms. The breakfast was ok but staff was friendly and kind.

Welcome drinks was nice and bed was comfortable. However. We didn't get pool view room or double bed as booked. WiFi was unstable and didn't wok in the room. Lots of street noise from road junction and neighbourhood in the early morning.

Fantastic hotel! It's new so is still under construction and there was a little noise from the building works, however this didn't really affect us. Staff were generally great, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good, with a selection of western and Indonesian food. Seminyak is a nice area, away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy Kuta. Would definitely recommend.
