Amazing staff and super clean rooms. Breakfast is fantastic. Will come here every year when we race at Watkins Glenn. Definitely worth the drive from the track!

Great check-in. Staff were wonderful. It’s a new hotel but I guess they’re not investing in soundproofing anymore (could hear people walking around in the room above us). Would recommend staying on the top floor if sensitive to sound. Pool was very cold. And the Peloton bike wasn’t hooked up to the app. Room was very clean.

The hotel was very clean. There is a fireplace in the lobby with lots of cozy seating. The dining area was very nice, clean and had a good assortment of breakfast food. Our room was spacious, very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
We enjoyed the village of Hammondsport and touring the wineries!
We will stay here again.

The room was really nice and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room is very big, modernized and clean.

This property was such an awesome find. The staff members were so kind and helpful. The bed was super comfy, breakfast was hot and tasty. Next door to a brewery, but it closed. The pool wasn’t overpowered with chlorine. Weight room was clean and did the job. All around good stay.

What was unique about the property…. The bathroom was filled with disgusting flies, I abruptly woken up at 2 AM and because of all the talking the noise, the sounds something being moved, the ridiculousness banging, and then the chatter of the employees as they made their way to their job positions; but I digress.. it was all the filthy flies in the restroom… disappointing and unclean.

I was greeted by a friendly and efficient woman at the front desk. The room was large and clean. The bathroom was small, but clean and the shower pressure was good. The property was quiet. There were fire pits outside and they gave us a coupon for a two for one beer flight at a brewery within walking distance.

The hotel was rated at the top of the scale and most of it was RATED HIGHLY. but the gym was poor at best . The machines were old and the tread mill was quite dirty . It looked as if it has never been cleaned. I have been to many hotel gyms and this one was equipped most poorly.

Clean, safe, comfortable, with staff who make you feel welcome and anticipate customers' needs. 24-hour coffee, tea, and cappuccino machines were great. Very tastefully decorated rooms. The shower was fantastic, with great water pressure. The soundproofing in the room was excellent - we were right across from the pool entrance, but could not hear anything. Check-in was fast and friendly.

The AC unit was broken and leaked water in the carpet. Black mold in the shower. Apparently it’s ok to let 7 people to stay in one room - the room across from us did so and we’re very noisy. Breakfast was sub par - powered eggs only thing available and they were cold. We had to eat our cold eggs in the lobby- no room in the small breakfast area.

The property is very convenient to the wineries on Keuka Lake. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and was very good. The shower could use a good scrub with bleach.
