Clean and comfortable - hosts are extremely nice and accommodating - used it as a base to experience the springs and crystal river.

This place is super clean. Cleaner than most hotels I’ve stayed at. Captains room could use a little larger TV only because I’m older and it was harder for me to see. I would most definitely stay here again if I ever came back this way.

Manatee room was pretty clean. We noticed blinds could be cleaner. Needed to ask for blankets. Due to cool front, lodging should have been warmer.
Bed might be in need of a firmer mattress. Bkfst selection could use some uplifting
All that, we liked the stay. Other guests were friendly. The kitchen person on 1st 2 days was very pleasant. Someone messed up on our 3rd and final day as NO bkfst foods or drinks were av.
