The location was great and the room was comfortable. I was not prepared for a 4th floor walk up but I adjusted. There was little to no service. The room was not serviced for the entire 4 night/5 day stay. No trash disposal, fresh towels or anything and there was seldom anyone at the desk to offer assistance of any kind. I managed well but was expecting a bit more. The location in the walled city was a redeeming factor.

The property is in excellent location in the heart of old town but in w quiet little street so no noise. There is a kettle and a coffee machine in the room. Staff very polite and helpful. A little overpriced for what you get, but Dubrovnik is not cheap. The main negative was very unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

This was a great place to stay. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We decided to stay an extra day and they were very accommodating and gave us our same room. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to stay in old town. Beautiful and well located.

Loved the location inside the old town! The staff was great and the room had everything we needed!! BTW, they have lockers to hold your luggage prior/after check-in.
