The lobby is good looking and welcoming. The staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. However, the rooms are a little outdated. They look like a different grade when comparing to the lobby. Overall, it was a good experience.

There was a mistake in my reservation of the room and the hotel manager helped me fix the problem. I also was able to extend my stay and get a room for friend. They were very accommodating and professional. I loved how clean the rooms were. Excellent restaurant across the street. Will definitely stay there again. Hotel tuktuk takes you to MRT.
