I like how much the resort had to offer, there was always something to do. The beaches were maintained and kept clear of all the seafood. Staff was friendly and attentive. Any issues we had were fixed immediately which was great.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Great ambiance, wonderful scenery, amazing entertainment, great food with different style of cuisines and top shelf alcohol. Would definitely consider Lopesan again. Our trip was super relaxing and fun.

Everything was good except for a few things. The room service food options were terrible, the app is not informative and should have more description, and the massage service was was nothing than oil rubbed in tour body

Poor service from reception, no upgrade and not very helpful. Reservations are required for all the ala carte restaurants, they were all fully booked for the duration of our stay. Suggest this information is passed on before arrival so you can reserve a restaurant, we dined in the buffet every night, not very good food.

Every 5 min someone is trying to sell you something like and excursion. (Con) Restaurants are constantly booked. Asked for a complimentary upgrade and they tried to update me on the unique package with an up charge. Which is fine I understand. Was not able to make a reservation with the restaurant on the first night because we got here too late. (Con)Food at the valley was sub par. 5 /10 Everything is a scam employees holding chairs with towels trying to get you to pay them a tip to get a chair. The steak at the asador wasn’t cooked well. I was not happy with the food quality. Lack of peaceful quiet areas. Every place has music playing. No peace and quiet. The casino was run down and old with very minimal games.WiFi reception is horrible unless you’re in your room. Stained pillow case. Getting forced to write positive reviews as soon as we are done at the restaurant with employees looking over our shoulders to give 5 stars. tried to pay for a late checkout but could only get an hour delay which I had to pay. Overall my experience was sub par. I did not receive the experience I was sold.

Overall we had an amazing trip as it was our first time going to Punta Cana and we chose this resort, which was a great spot. What made our trip memorable was our bar tender JEYSON and PROVIDENCE, who were at the Atlantico bar near the pool from 3pm until closing. We would highly recommend this resort and will most likely go back in a heart beat next year.

My stay at Lopesan was pretty good. Initially, my room had a sewage smell. The hotel had housekeeping spray my room for 2 times, however, it didn’t get rid of the smell. They ended up changing my room( gave us couple of options and took us to the room and made sure we’re satisfied with the new room!) Food and drinks are okay. It was hard to find a beach/pool lounger even at 9am in the morning. What I noticed was that people will just leave their towels on the lounger and disappear for hours!

This property is HUGE!!! On our 5th day we were still learning walkway shortcuts. Every square inch of this resort is BEAUTIFUL! I was blown away at how well maintained most things were. The resort is relatively new (2019 I believe) and so things are still in good condition, properly working, and very very nice. I had watched some reviews of this resort on YT and I am convinced they came either in off season or rigged some of the negativity. I will say this is not a party resort, it is more low-key with activities sprinkled throughout. However, that was exactly what I was looking for - rest and relaxation! We stayed in a swim up suite which also blew my mind. I would give 4 stars on service because there was some staff who were eager to say "No" instead of finding ways to say "Yes" - i.e. a member of our party was properly sunburnt and could not make it to dinner, the wait staff almost flat out refused to let us order our friend a to-go meal from one of the restaurants until a manager overheard the discussion. The other negatives were: - room service food was terrible, like actually inedible. A cheeseburger was rock hard, there were weird limited options, and the ham sammy was mushy. - The limited access locations were not clearly identified. I wish they used a different font color for the exclusive access locations, like Timon Bar and the towel stations. - Reservations were almost unavailable at most restaurants during our stay, and no walk ins are allowed.

Food was just ok compared to lower priced resorts visited each year. Employee's don't seem happy!! Beach service in the Lopesan chairs for drinks were non-existent. For the price differential we paid over Mexican resorts, it wasn't really any better. Only the natural sand was better.

The property is wonderful, clean, neat. The workers are very kind and attentive. The pool and the beach amazing. The food is good enough. The room is spacious and very nice. The only thing that I would say is bring your sunscreen because it’s very expensive in the resort. We paid $37 for a small bottle of sunscreen.

It’s a lipstick on a pig resort . Looks good until you peel back the layers . Food was mid to poor. Buffet was soggy food and dry meat, al a cart restaurants were almost carbon copies of the quality of the buffet . Some dishes seemed to be from the buffet at al a cart places. We tried all the restaurants and most lacked flavor. Pool closes way too early. They say it’s a bilingual staff but majority speaks very little of any other language but Spanish (before you judge, I already know it’s a Spanish speaking country , but when we picked this resort it was because there claim to be by lingual). The drinks had to be watered down for we drank a lot but never as much as a buzz did we get . Activities were bland and uneventful until we went off resort . Shopping was overpriced, ended up going off resort to buy the same things for a fraction of the price . Could go on but I’m not a linguist and am tired

this is not a 5 diamond resort. the size is overwhelming and you had better bring your track shoes. the food was very poor except 2 dinning places (mexican and italian) everything else was hit or miss and mostly misses. they do have an adult eating space and pool but the adult pool is in the parking lot with NO view. the staff speaks limited english and acts if they could care less. if you go i would look elsewhere...not worth the hassle or price.

Unique experience is not worth it and not what promised. Hotel had room had broken drawers, stained robes, broken shower, toilet, remote control for tv was also broken, the list goes on. Food wasn’t all that. They lied to us about both excursions we purchased. Vendors try to upsell everything there. It was insane.

This hotel was nice and our rooms were comfortable but there were some things, in our opinions that left a sour taste. Almost every night/early morning it sounded like someone dragging furniture across the floor.The walls are either thin or someone really enjoys musical chairs I dont know but it was loud. Not necessarily the resort's fault unless it was their staff... There was an incident where I was going to make coffee in our room and pulled out the filter it had 2 very moldy coffee bags. Obviously sat for some time and wasn't cleaned. On our last day our tv went out, told maintenance but no on ever came to fix. Our other room stated they had hair bunches hanging from the shower head and the room always felt damp. Again, the resort is nice looking and very very big, be prepared to walk a lot. We we're disappointed in daily activities..they never announced things going on or enthusiastic staff to wrangle people for games. It was a snooze fest during the day. Their theater was nice and big but honestly we only made it to 1 show because the shows were sooo late. 1030/11pm. We'd eat around 630-7 and have nothing to do. The buffet food changed daily but we thought it was pretty decent for the amount of variety they had. The Japanese and the steakhouse restaurants were amazing. We went to the French restaurant for our anniversary and it was horrible. I just don't think we'd choose this resort over others we've stayed at.

This is a beautiful place & relaxing but their food some days wasn’t it. They either need to be all the way cooked or needed more seasoning. Also I didn’t like the fact that they ask you for review and stand over you while you do the review. They even tell you what to put. But besides all that it’s a good area to visit !
