Lots of green space and places for meditation. Nice staffs and excellent Futon Mattress.

Insight Hostel was very calm and relaxing. While its small and has less activities compared to others in Chiangmai, it was perfect for me to sit back with nature and relax. The environment was amazing with big trees and all traditional houses was great. Ultimately I ended up with fond memories of a place with staff that made me feel like family.
THIS IS NOT A HIGH ENERGY/ACTIVE but WONDERFUL SLOW LIFE accommodation.

This place is near wat umong, doi Suthep. It's situated in Pimokemuk Institutute, The Meditation Retreat Center, so calm and nice environment. If you look for a peaceful hotel, I really recommend.

Insight Hostel was very calm and relaxing. While its small and has less activities compared to others in Chiangmai, it was perfect for me to sit back with nature and relax.
