Here’s what was good: parking is very convenient to room, area is very quiet, rooms are nice, we’ll-appointed with kitchenette and W/D, everything works and is in good order. Good price.
Here’s what I didn’t like: the check in was too long/complicated for an overnight stay. The bed was SO uncomfortable to me (my partner thought it was fine but he’s not as picky).

This place was above my expectations. With it being so affordable I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, I was blown away. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was everything needed. Everything was very clean. Absolutely loved the Gravel Bar being right there as well.

Good experience but they may want to wash their sheets with a different detergent, they were a little rough. But all in all not bad.

Very clean, easy to navigate, friendly staff!
The only thing I could whine about would be that it's in a more industrial area - but at least there's not much traffic!

This place far exceeded my expectations! It was exceptionally clean and tastefully designed. My service was stellar and I would highly recommend Freeport Studios to anyone! I travel frequently and can say in all honesty; this place and their customer service have established my new standards for Excellence and I will use them as a comparison point from this day forward. Truly Remarkable!!!

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay here. The only downside was when I got there the room smelled musty. But once I said something, they loaded me up with air freshener and that took care of the problem. I’m already planning a trip in December and will stay here again.

Exceptionally friendly service, exceptionally clean, excellent short travel time to the beach! Our one and only complaint was that the double beds are small. We are highly likely to stay again.

Place was great except amok alarm going off in middle of night and they had to switch out rooms

The water ran rusty color for 3 days and then 1 day we had NO water. This is tough when you are at the beach and need to take showers to get the sand off and even brush your teeth. Not Happy :(

We loved our studio and we definitely will be booking again. The bed was so comfortable. The room spelled so good and the recliner was comfortable as well.

You're about 10 miles from Surfside beach; the area was quite and very well maintained. If you're staying only a few nights there is no deposit required (this is for extended stays only).

I will definitely visit again. Easy check-in and check out. Parking is also great. Cute Cozy room. Washer and dryer a plus.
Laundry detergent provided. Dish soap provided. Best to plan grocery shopping before arriving. Beach not too far, 15min.

The best ever studio for staying in Surfside beach. I will come back again and highly recommend for everyone who wants to stay overnight or few days for weekend or holiday.

Be sure that you look for the check in time window!
My room was booked hastily and I didn’t even bother to see that there was an end to the check in time. My bad, I ASSUMED that there wouldn’t be one.
Needless to say, I was not able to stay and we had to drive an hour to get home.
