I have stayed at this hotel a number of times. It is a good value, with comfortably sized, well maintained, comfortable room in a great location.

The hotel was very pleasant with a large bar area and plenty of comfortable seating with tables in the communal areas and very well located in the city. The rooms were very small but pleasant. However, our main disappointment was that this hotel doesn’t fit with its 4 star rating. There are no extras in the rooms, not even water or glasses. There’s no coffee, tea, toiletries, slippers, dressing gowns. This was a shock, particularly as the price was much higher than other luxury hotels we have stayed it. When we asked if we could have some water, we were shocked to be told no and that this is a budget hotel. At E360 per night with breakfast, that certainly isn’t budget. Breakfast was very nice and everywhere was very well appointed and pleasant. Staff were not particularly friendly on the whole, apart from one who, as we were leaving, apologised about the water but explained that this was hotel policy. I am guessing that this hotel is mainly for quite young people on business trips so it’s pleasant and convenient for them and they don’t have to think about the value for money as they’re not paying themselves. This experience has put us off ever staying in a Motel One again.

There are almost no amenities in the room, only one body towel, the AC is on heat only, no coffee maker, no bottle of water..very disappointing.

Motel One is a very clean hotel. Staff were good. Rooms are small and only really appropriate for sleeping. Don't count on getting any work done as there is no desk. The lounge on the main floor of this hotel is very comfortable. The area of the hotel seems fine, but at night it's not well lit and there aren't many people around.

The hotel is tucked away from the pedestrian/tourist heavy areas, which were still just a few minutes away on foot. The large lounge area in the lobby was fantastic. As for the room, I was in a queen room facing the street - it was very quiet and comfortable, with modern arrangement and decor - a nice set up for relaxing as well for working in the room. A very comfortable and convenient place to stay for my quick few days in the city.

Such a good experience in this place. I expent nye night. Went to iron bridge before midnight return after midnight waking by myself in a crowded environment and I felt safe. Arrived to hotel all-right. Oh! They allowed me to use my room as soon i showed up at 11am instead of 3pm. ☺️

Great hotel in fantastic location! Right next to the old town, shops and Christmas Markets. Tram stop directly out the front - very convenient! Clean and comfortable too!

Location is central and within walking distance to Christmas market .The bar area was superb with comfortable seats and very spacious. One thing lacking was no provision of a kettle for tea/ coffee in the room.

First I must mention a particular staff member that made our stay so enjoyable. Waitress Pina helped our Christmas market adventure the best. She helped us get to the train station on the trams near the hotel, she told us to try Heidlburg's Christmas market and it was perfect. She was the sole reason for my sisters and I to go down to the bar each night. She was kind and had great local information. Myself and my sister were born in Frankfurt and she told us the old hospital was now the embassy in Frankfurt. She was such a joy. Will be staying at this hotel every time I come to Frankfurt.

Good location. Rooms were tiny- and not all that nice. The lobby, bar and restaurant were nice. Close location to “New-Old Town”. About a 5 min walk to a handful of restaurants and pubs. Points for location - I would consider something else a:in the area based on the rooms (unless you are traveling solo it will be cramped)

The hotel was very clean, everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants, buses and tram right outside the hotel.. We had no idea what we were getting into when we booked our room, we were extremely satisfied. We would absolutely go back.

Number 1 in Frankfurt Römer. Surroundings enable you to have pleasure.. Best place for a shorr time Neighborness to Goethe. Otel is very clean but the rooms are not big enough. Suitable for short accommodation.

The room was smaller than a closet, 1 chair for 2, no telephone in the room. Not even a small bottle of water. This is a clean but no frills place for only one person.

we stayed for one night and really appreciate the place. the breakfast. and the closeness to the old city. one negative point; they dont provide water in the room. At least a bottle. You have to buy it at the bar for 5euro the bottle. quite expensive. That stopped me to put the highest score

Great hotel, good location right by the old town. Would stay again. Didn’t bother with breakfast as too busy but for the price and what you got it was a rip off anyway, much better places around. But overall enjoyed the stay and would stay again if we ever returned to Frankfurt

The perfect hotel for a short business trip. Very reasonably priced and basic in some areas (no mini fridge, coffee maker, or iron), but great where it counts (updated and extremely clean). My only suggested improvement would be to include an iron.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean and smart . Only gripe is that they are quite small and no desk area to work from, but this was a one night stay so it didn’t matter too much. They do have communal areas for working so they do have facilities for that purpose. Location is good . 5 minute walk to Willy Brant Platz, clos3 to the river and a tram stop outside .

We recommend this hotel for your stay in Frankfurt am Main. Our room was nice, spacious and comfortable. It was perfectly clean, well prepared for our arrival and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Location of the hotel is great! Only few minutes from the city centre (approx. 10 minutes). Breakfast was simple and good. Staff was kind and helpful.
