Made welcome straight away and made an suggestion to switch the intended room which I booked as the landlord seeing i was struggling with my knee. Room was clean as with facilities.

Couldn’t fault this place at all! Owner contacted us before we arrived to introduce himself and explain how to get checked in/out and how to get our parking permit for our stay Room was lovely and clean and had a mini fridge, heater, tv, fan, shower and Towels. There was even an iron available in the stairway for guests to use Location was perfect as we were a 5 minute walk from the night life and pubs 10 minute walk from the Scarborough South front Will definitely be booking to stay here again! Not one single thing to fault!

Great clean place with everything you need in your room: fridge, hair dryer etc.

Excellent stay the hosts were very accommodating and kept checking we had everything we needed they couldn't do enough for us. Overall the room was clean and tidy, we enjoyed our stay. The location wasn't too far from anything. The parking situation was great as we didn't have to worry about paying like at some hotels or b and bs in the area. We was also given a parking badge that allowed use to park anywhere in Scarborough for up to two hours. Thank you for an amazing stay we definitely will be back 😀

Was ideal for what I needed. Kids had their own room with TV, my bed was in the very large kitchen which wasn't a problem as had a TV and close to the kettle. The seperate lounge could have been better used for a bedroom and have the living area in the kitchen.
