Yes the slopes were very accessible. My critiques were: The dryer did not work. . The washer machine worked after a repair by the maintenance person. The east master bath drainage was very slow.

Had I realized there was no air conditioning, I would have never selected this property. Even with that, there was one poorly functioning fan for the entire place. Not even a ceiling fan. being on the first floor, it did not feel safe to sleep with the windows open, and that was miserable. The sole closet provided for guests was exceptionally small (Id guess 3 hangers at best - but that is also irrelevant because there were no hangers).., but the closet was so stuffed with other items (ironing board, pillow, blanket, vacuum, etc..) that I was not able to use it at all. Quality of bedding and towels was sub-standard and need replacing. Toilet has flap problem and ran ofetn, Hook on bathroom wall had clearly fallen off multiple times.
