We loved our stay at this hotel, it has everything we needed and more. It’s modern and the staff it’s super friendly. Super well located, close to everything but far enough to not be disturbed by noise. We loved the complementary breakfast and water/ coffee available 24/7. Special thanks to Mil at the reception all the staff from Crew Hotel, it truly made our stay special. Cheers Jay & Diana from Canada

The staff was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. The rooms and the hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

Stayed here twice already and they did not let me down. Staff is super nice! , breakfast is delicious they have a little bit for everyone. Hotel is close to basically everything totally recommended for anyone coming to Chiang mai alone or with family.
