Great location. Rooms were spacious and guest kitchen was useful. There were no actual staff to help troubleshoot. Relies on virtual assistants. Unfortunately with all the granite and narrow alleys in Porto, phone reception isn’t great so that’s an issue. WiFi available once you manage to get in the building but that wasn’t great either and had weak security. I would prefer a human host.

For the price the location was quite nice. One area that was my only real gripe is that the power to the room would regularly shut off. If you plugged in anything more than 3 items into the wall the power dies. Let alone if you use the hairdryer too much it dies as well. Overall decent experience though.

Great location. Very secure. Clean room. Wonderful balcony and view. Responsive and communicative property management team. Digital Guide available upon check in is very helpful. One complaint though - the A/C in room 302 made a 3 second noise every 30 seconds. That must be looked at. It drove me batshit last night trying to fall asleep.
