Ubicación
No tenia estor en una de las ventanas que da justo a la cabecera de la cama por lo que no se podía impedir entrar la luz en la mañana, ni las luces de la calle por la noche. Y aunque ya sabía que no venía incluida en la reserva, una pequeña nevera en la habitación y algún colgador para la ropa, hubiese sido un detalle para una puntuación de 10.

We enjoyed the outdoor Terrasse and the big fridge to keep our food and drinks cold. The AC in the bedroom was nice too during summer.
The neighborhood was OK, but not in the best location to view popular touristic spots. It was decently located if you're willing to walk a lot which we were fine with.

Cocina equipada y colchón cómodo.
Excelente zona, a 300m de Estacion San Benito.
El departamento esta en 2do piso por escaleta y el dormitorio un piso más con una escalera muy estrecha y empinada.
Había solo 1 silla y 1 banquito.
No había percheros/ganchos en ningún sitio, tampoco en el baño. (Si había barra con perchas en el dormitorio)

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und der Parkplatz (welchen wir extra dazu gebucht hatten )nur ca 150m entfernt
Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit
Das gebuchte Frühstück war sehr gut und umfangreich ( jedoch nur aus dem Bett zu essen da kein Tisch und Stühle vorhanden waren)
Keinerlei Sitzgelegenheiten außer dem Bett
Keine Möglichkeit eine Jacke aufzuhängen (Dübel waren aus der Wand gerissen )
Schimmelbefall in der Dusche
Im Eingangsbereich riecht es nach Schimmel
Gebrochene lose Fliesen im Bad
Dringend die begonnenen Renovierungen abschließen!!!!!
