We requested an ocean view room when we booked & was put in the way back of resort then went to make coffee in the morning & coffee pot was missing parts. Of course no place open yet so we just got ready & left

I hated how the door automatically close to the bathroom. I hated the light switch on the outside of the bathroom. My lights next to my bed did not work. My safe did not work.

We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by signage that stated that firearms are not allowed on the property. I called the office and they told me to leave the firearm in my car. How ridiculous. Leaving my firearm in the car was not going to happen. I could not stay.

We reserved a king room for 1 night. The room itself was pretty small in comparison to other hotels we've stayed at, but it was fine for one night. There was a mini fridge, but no microwave. Also, the bed DID NOT seem to be a King size, but again, it was ok for one night. Overall it was clean and we didnt have any issues. The building(s) were old but kept up very well. Maybe add a place to set suitcase on. Other than that, it was a great location! We would stay here again.

Everyone was friendly. Breakfast was good at Oasis cafe. The kids enjoyed the mini arcade. My only real complaint is that the beds were hard and uncomfortable.

Excellent Resort/Hotel! Highly recommended! The resort is beautiful and their staff was very friendly. We had a standard 2 beds room and it was very clean and beds were comfortable. They offer 2 water bottles per night and there is a mini fridge but no microwave. Breakfast is not included but worth the cost. Delicious food and they have a small arcade which was great for the kids. We will definitely go back.

I booked this hotel for my daughters’ dance convention as it was recommended by the dance studio as a hotel that the majority of the dancers would be staying at. I called hotel to inform them we were driving in thru inclement weather and wouldn’t be arriving until after midnight. I asked the phone representative would that be fine and she stated yes that would not be a problem. I even paid for the first night at the hotel. I arrive at the hotel at 7:00am due to traffic delays and storming and flooding. The hotel front desk attendant tells me my reservation was canceled and I was marked a “no show” even though I already paid for the night. They would not let me stay for the rest of my reservation stating they were completely booked. So basically they took my money for Friday night and still sold my room to some else for Friday night. Even though I was still booked for Saturday and Sunday. My family and I were stranded after driving almost 12 hours in a storm. The only explanation the front desk lady could give was because I didn’t give a specific arrival time and only said the words after midnight they canceled it. I would never recommend this hotel. I could have seen if I didn’t call the hotel in advance but marking me as a no show when I called to verify I wouldn’t be marked as a no show is ridiculous.

We had a wonderful time at the Oasis a few days before Thanksgiving. The staff in the Grill and the wine bar were so friendly, I feel like I made new friends! How can I get the date of next year's gumbo cookoff? We want to make that a yearly thing.

Very quiet and safe, would recommend especially for the summer months. The pool and water slides would have been nice. We had no sunshine while we were there but not their fault. Good location and clean.

The water in the room had a terrible smell. Everything else was great. But if I had been staying more than one night I would have checked out. The water was bad! I don’t blame the staff for this problem they were excellent.

This turned out so much better than I expected. Check in was smooth. Our room was clean. What really made our stay were the staff members. We went to the Oasis Grill the first night we stayed. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating to our needs and even more so to our wants. The breakfast crew was great the next morning. We decided to try the Wine Bar over in Centennial Plaza - the bartender was so friendly. Even with a big wedding there, she had sure we were taken care of. We would stay at Oasis Resort again for sure.

I loved the staff, friendly and knowledgeable. Be ware the rooms are tiny. Hard to get between desk and bed. Bathroom door barely clears toilet. It’s very convenient to the area. Has a fabulous lazy River and kids water play area.
