Ac was broken and was not fixed during stay. Room got up to 80 degrees. Staff was very friendly and hotel was clean.

The Tru seems brand new and is well located for local sports and other activities. We stayed one night and were able to walk to our venue. The rooms are kitschy-spartan, with hooks on the wall instead of a closet and dresser (which was fine with us). The streaming TV service has lots of buffering, even when watching a local channel that’s located nearby. Breakfast was a little better than similar free hotel breakfasts. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good. I would stay again.

My second time staying at a Tru by Hilton and it was just as great as the first time. Check in is fast and friendly, staff is extremely helpful. I like the security of keycard only access to the room floors. Thank you for making Tru feel like home away from home.

There is next to nothing at the entrance for area to park and check in, so you may be left waiting on the street. HVAC system didn’t work well, too hot or too cold. Had to pay $30 a night to park in there garage, then needed a half day on Sunday when checking out and they gouged me for another $30 dollars! Wouldn’t stay again. Best thing this place has going for it is their kitchen staff taking care of breakfast.

No parking, thin walls, horrible mattress, horrible pillows. Can hear everything outside, in the hall, above, next door. Got woke up at 4 am to the neighbors drawee slamming behind our headboard.

The showers had low pressure and they were not very warm. Bed was very comfortable but I would suggest 6 pillows on a king size bed, 4 is not enough.

Parking garage full. Had to park somewhere else. Air conditioner stuck on full blast. Took 5 hours to fix it. 59° in the room.

We had a king room and it was super tiny. Location was great, 5 minute walk to Lucas oil stadium and close to restaurants and bars in downtown Indy!

The room wasn't ready, but the manager gave a beer while we waited. I was almost sent to another parking garage, but a customer let me know there was one space available. I chose this hotel for location and parking. Had I not got a parking spot and my room wasn't ready I would have rated this much lower.

It was very wasy to get to and clean. The staff was efficient and extremely pleasant and helpful. It was any easy 6 block walk to the Gainbridge Fieldhouse and you couls see Lucas Stadium.

The whole hotel was so nice, just in a weird area. We went to the field house and was in walking distance and right next to the football stadium. Had to pay to park there tho. No other option really. Only downside.

We went to Lucas oil Field for the first time to check out a game. It was walking distance from the hotel. Loved the experience. Great staff and breakfast at the hotel as well. O would stsy again for sure. We also got to bring our little dog with us. A nice dog friendly facility.

Ha! Where to start?? The sold me a $30 parking spot in their garage but we returned from dinner to find a sign blocking parking garage entrance saying lot was full. We talked to staff and they didn’t seem to care. Our TV wasn’t working and so a tech was in our room for over an hour. Still didn’t work so we asked for a discount on our room. We were told they would take off our parking charge. To which they DIDNT and I had to call 2 days after getting home to ask again. Still not sure they’ll follow through. STAY AWAY AND BOOK ELSEWHERE!!

The only major complaint is the size of the room. It was like staying at a dorm room, plus there was no microwave. We didn't appreciate having to pay $30/night for parking. I would have looked for another room that was $30 more a night and gotten a bigger room. Maybe price your room more appropriately. That being said, we really liked the breakfast and the location since we were going to the colts/bears game.
