The transportation and communication from the airport was bad but going back was very good. Breakfast was great pool and hot tub was great. Location to Mall was excellent

Had a very pleasant stay for our overnight trip to MOA. Staff was very pleasant and helpful hotel was clean but could use a few updates. Needed more pillows as they were very flat but that’s a personal preference so some may like. Would stay there again especially for proximity to mall. Also breakfast was great!

Bed was alittle hard and shower head was broken so wasnt able to shower but the room was roomy and clean and very pleasant. The staff were very nice and accommodating

Overall the stay was good. The location was close to MOA and we liked that TGI Fridays was connected to the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the beds are uncomfortable. The rooms needed some repairs but they were clean

Aside from the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever had to sleep on (with a spring in the middle of my back that also made noise with the slightest movement, actually, everyone in the family also agreed) - and the fact that the Park Plaza is really just part of the Comfort Inn seemed a little misleading - was overall disappointing. 3/10 for cleanliness - The carpet in our suite had spots/stains all over, and there were hairs found in the bathroom left from previous users apparently. There were stains on the drapes, lampshades were stained and cracked, shower/tub was old/stained, and bottom of bathroom door was warped and curling up due to age/moisture it seemed. And with the pretty basic rain we had for half our stay, it was frustrating that we couldn’t even watch TV due to the Direct TV signal being out any time it was more than lightly sprinkling. Multiple times of us returning to the Park Plaza entrance of the hotel, we were met with an overwhelming smell of weed within the entrance doors/Park Plaza lobby. That was not very welcoming. These were just the main issues we encountered. We’ve stayed at worse, but had higher expectations for this one, especially considering we paid about double of those not-great ones. Maybe we just ended up with one of the not-great rooms… it was ok’ish with a quite a bit of eww. We do not plan to return to this location.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and spacious. We will definitely stay there again! We were able to walk to the Mall of America And took the shuttle back since it was raining. The accommodations made the trip seamless and less stressful!

This was a very nice property. Mall of America was right across the street.

The Park Plaza shares the same property as Radisson, a bit confusing. The hotel is well maintained, clean and fairly up to date.

Great location overall spent 4 great days there!

The hotel room was very roomy, the issue was the air conditioning. Our room and several other rooms complained of the A/C not working right. Our room was 78 the first night, we reported it and the room was nice and cool the next night, but the third night the room was 76 all night. The A/C is sensor controlled, so when you sleep or aren't in the room it shuts off, but in addition to that it kept needing to be serviced/reset. The floors are very dirty, they need shampooed and deep cleaned. The hotel is nice, staff is pleasant, the rooms are great, just a few minor comforts that need addressed.

Very close to the mall and nice decor families

Tristan is always really awesome and makes up for any disappointment. I waited over an hour for my airport shuttle with a 5 year old child. Not cool. The hotel room floors need a deep clean - feel like I’m walking on people’s past lives but I like the spaciousness.

Ac didnt work and staff wouldnt assist

Our room was spacious for our family of four. We had the one bedroom suite and it was really nice having a separate room with a door from our kids. We were visiting mall of America and the location was perfect! We never had to take our car. It was just a walk across the street to the mall! Breakfast in the hotel was convenient and the food was good- pretty standard hotel breakfast. The hotel seemed clean and the pool and hot tubs were nice and spacious. Our room was quiet except for the noise of airplanes as it is close to the airport. We had a sound machine and couldn’t hear anything while we were sleeping. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to visit mall of America or to be close to the airport.

The staff, room & property was very nice. When I checked in, staff was pleasant & gave out yummy chocolate chip cookies which was a very nice treat to get upon arrival. The only thing that was wrong was the tub drain was clogged so when I took a shower, I was standing in tub full of water.

The room itself was weird. There were two fridges and an AC unit that looked like an ironing board, so we were able to open it. There was a desk blocking a door to somewhere (not another room, we were the end room) and a dirty whiteboard type thing that was strung up with wire. The bed was hard and the pillows pretty sub par. The bathroom had significant cracks in the shower and the casing was coming off the shower. Oh and it's actually part of the Country Inn and Suites, but the booking doesn't tell you that.

We stayed at this property several times over the past decade. It’s nice to see that it was recently renovated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. We love the fact that it’s right across the street from the Mall of America with a pedestrian bridge. We also like the fact that we have easy access to the light rail system via the mall. Three major restaurants are in close vicinity. otherwise, you have all the options of the mall.

My stay was so enjoyable. The room had everything that I needed. The Amenities were excelent. And of course, Amazing staff!

The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and superb! They made my son feel special as we visited for his birthday. The cleaning staff left him a fun towel animal and a lovely welcome message and the front desk staff gave him treats. I can't say enough about how friendly everyone was. The hotel was tidy, but you could tell that the carpets and such needed a deep cleaning or replacement. The pool was quite filthy and looked like there was a lot of sediment in the bottom that got kicked up with the jets or swimming. The pool had a hazy appearance and there was quite a lot of film on your body once out of the pool. It was nice to have a complimentary breakfast; however, it was very crowded, and the food was just okay. The room was OK, but the bathroom was so small it was hard to get past the door and into the shower, which made it challenging to assist my young son in and out of the slippery shower. In the shower, it appeared stained on the bottom from previous anti-slip stickers (?). The closeness to the mall was great, and several close restaurants were attached to the hotel and in the same parking lot for easy dining.

Price was decent considering the spike in hotel costs everywhere. Convenient location for the mall.

When we went to check in they said that expedia cancled my reservations, but they had not the hotel staff had by accident. After a hour of waiting and trying to get things straitend out. Finally they got us a room. The room was clean but had lots of stained carpet ect. We would stay again because beds were clean and super close to moa.

Hotel was close walking distance to Mall of America, hotel staff was very courteous, and shuttle MSP airport was convenient. My only complaint is the room's cleanliness could be better.
