We arrived at 4:00 pm on Saturday to check in I made sure to update our ETA. When we went to check in we were informed that our room was not ready and it would be 30 min. So we went to eat and came back and it was still not ready and we were informed that it would be another 45 minutes. We had an event to attend to so we persisted we needed to check in. They were able to get us into a double queen although we paid for a King. I used valet at point of check in and did not use my car until checkout. On the way home we realized that my passenger side window had been damaged so I called the hotel and spoke to several people including the director of operations. They informed me they would look at surveillance and get back to me asap. That was 5 days ago and I have not heard back after calling several times. If you choose to use valet beware because I am now having to purchase a new window.

We came to OKC for a Thunder game. The Omni was very convenient to Paycom arena. It’s a beautiful hotel and is exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Check in was fine, next day the entire system crashed causing a major disruption. No communication from management other than a text that IT was working in it. No notice was given as all the bars, restaurants closed at 11pm instead of 2am, live band told to stop early, we were directed to settle up and walk to nearby establishments. Disappointed to say the least as we checked out & the system was still down. We couldn’t get a printout or an email of our bill and had to get the manager to take a picture of their screen. I understand that technology issues happen, but to not have a fix or a work around and put so many customers on the short end. The OKC Thunder fans checking in had extremely long wait times & all hospitality amenities were affected. Unfortunately, I will not be staying or recommending an Omni property location.

Check in was a nightmare. I understand that their system was down, but their back up plan was inefficient. The communication to guests was inefficient and there were managers just standing around, watching the lines grow and grow. It took us over 2 hours to get a room.

Hotel was beautiful. It isn't the most kid friendly hotel we have stayed at, but for an adult only it is perfect. Great location, comfortable, and affordable. The outdoor heated pool was a bonus.

Very comfortable setting. Staff goes the distance to ensure customers feel welcomed. Beds and linens are extremely comfortable I couldn’t believe I slept as well as I did for not being at home. Tram stop is across the street for access to BrickTown for great public transportation.

Excellent stay for a concert night at the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City, which is just a few steps away from the hotel. Great service from the valet parking to a little surprise for our birthdays (two of us). One little negative, the vertical bathroom long handle was loose and hanging down making it a little difficult to open the door. They should’ve taken care of it before our stay but maybe cleaning staff didn’t inform management. Just hope they don’t blame it on us! We didn’t say anything till we were leaving because we just stayed one night. Beautiful modern hotel, we got the downtown view on the 10th floor. Staff was super helpful.

Just was not what I expected From the Omni name. Was definitely the worst Omni I have ever stayed at. First our toilet wouldn’t flush and then the bathroom handle broke off the door. Was also annoying that we were told when we got there that we had to do valet. That’s just not convenient and it was a crazy price after paying the $200 to stay their for one night.

Quite literally one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We paid $700 a night for King suite. The first room we booked smelt like blunts or marijuana had literally just been smoked four before we walked it. We have two kids who were staying with us so we had to explain to them what the smell is. Thanks for that, Omni. They told us because I booked through hotels.com they could not refund anything, even tho, I had not prepaid anything & they for sure had my credit card on file that I paid in full AT THE HOTEL. So I call bulkcrap on that. Then we get to the new room & no hot water. Their “I’m sorry” was a bunch of cookies & cupcakes & a small food comp. Then I had a charge on my final bill for $35 for a room package delivery!!! The service was absolutely awful in every bar or restaurant we tried. Absolutely would never recommend or go back to OKC Omni. Never.

It wasn't bad per se, but spending +$300 for a king suite and the room isn't larger than a standard room at Best Western for $100 was a significant letdown. Also the Water pressure in the sink on the 12th floor was terrible, I assume they pump the water up instead of using a gravity fed water tower.

The Omni OKC was amazing. I’ve never seen such a well run and organized hotel. From valet, check-in, restaurants, they were fully staffed and very attentive. It was extremely busy and we did not wait for anything. Clean and beautiful hotel, highly recommended!

We stayed for the OKC Thunder game across the street. Just had a quick walk across the road. Very convenient. Restaurant/Food/Bar in hotel. Enjoyed the view of the city from the room as well

Didnt like water pressure it was.terrible never could get tub to fill. The foodservice was terrible screwed up our order charged for stuff we didnt order and the taste was terrible. I.plainly.told them 2 of us charged for 3. 3 pies and 2 fries ordered 2 pies and 1 fry...no chicken on my salad....it was.terrible. the fries wrre.from the day before. We will stay at Mariott next door from now on. Wr never had these problems and its less expensive. And your gift shop was closed....and bars dont open until late..

Hotel was gorgeous and in a great location. Cookies and hot chocolate when we arrived. Room was clean and had a great view. Downfall was flat pillows, now dark towels to wash off make up.
