AC was great, right off the highway so super convenient to get to and leave. A little outdated but was perfect for our 1 night stay!

Friendly staff and a clean room in a motel-like setting behind one of the few remaining Delaware Water Gap resorts. The original building is closed, so guests stay in the motel rooms behind it.
The rooms could benefit from larger and softer towels and some better lighting throughout. The pool looked good though we didn't have time to use it. That being said this is a fine place to stay that is central to all that the Gap and Stroudsburg have to offer. We will likely stay here again.

From arrival David made us feel welcome and helped us with our stay from start to finish. A hidden Gem of a resort. It was quiet and peaceful to relax every night. Multiple places to enjoy like swimming/jacuzzi area as well as outdoor fire places. Can’t wait to return again during the winter months!
