Overall, our stay was excellent. Almost all staff greeted us with a smile and asked if they could assist us. The facility is clean and has a lot to offer. Unfortunately, we had a forgettable experience with a bartender at Alpenglow. We asked for a mojito and the bartender said "I can get you mint". She made it clear we were putting her out. The mojito was not good, it lacked crushed lime and mint. We did not return to that bar.

Montage has a beautiful property in Big Sky but very ill managed. None of the front desk or staff were trained for a 5-star hotel (non-professional) and the Wildflower was very short staffed (2 latte and 2 pastries could easily take 30 min to be ready)!

Everything was amazing, all of the staff were excellent and gave amazing service the food and beverages available were excellent! So much to do there didn’t even go outside of the resort. Beautiful views and the rooms were amazing! I don’t have one negative thing to say about this place. Will be back for sure!!

Our family had a lovely experience at the Montage Big Sky enjoying the rooms, the food options and the walking trails in the vicinity of the hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is beautiful. We were disappointed the ski in/ski out access was not available and the shuttle ride was 20+ minutes but, otherwise, it is a phenomenal property.

There where many hidden fees with this property. As well as the couples massage was labeled and explained such as a couple massage for $280 and when we finally got our bill it turns out that was a person. The description did not say this. We also had a fire alarm go off in the middle of the night causing us to be frightened and evacuate the building into negative ten degree weather which turned out to be a false alarm.
