This is our second time staying at this location. We stayed back in April and now in August. We love this house. It's very clean and modern. TV has all the apps you need to stream and watch tv/movies. The grill was easy to use. Pool was clean and relaxing. The house is located two minutes from the place where we rented a boat so we didn't have to travel far. There's plenty of places to eat near by and the neighborhood was quiet. Great place to stay.

Located in a nice neighborhood, this spacious home was immaculate and very comfortable for our family of four adults. The pool was a nice amenity. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dogs and there is also a quiet dog park nearby. Would most definitely stay here if we are ever back in the area.

This house was so beautiful, spacious and big back yard with pool and private fence. Spent our nights on the patio with accommodating furniture. Big rooms and bathrooms, Love the whole layout of the house, definitely recommend, and the home owners were great with their communication before and during our visit.

Gorgeous house with beautiful pool. My family and I went on a boating tour minutes from the house as well as had smores and hotdogs around the firepit. Would definitely highly recommend. We forgot something at the house and the owner was kind and had no problems with us going back after checkout!

This property had everything we needed. The backyard was great, kitchen was stocked. Restrooms are as nice as they look in the photos. Nice bright office if you need to work. The area is very quiet. Walking distance to the Breakwater Grill. Pool was very clean.

We stayed in order to spend the weekend attending the Texas Renaissance Faire. Wonderful home. Super clean, well stocked, plenty of room to stretch out and a pool to boot. 100% will stay here again. Would highly recommend

Allyson and Don went above and beyond to setup boxing match. We loved our stay. Very clean, cozy and very relaxing. The pool was a big plus after daily activities. Highly recommend and looking forward to come back.

My family and I spent 4 nights at this lovely home and we loved it! We really enjoyed the pool and the walks around the neighborhood. The house is super clean and the owners are very quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a fun and relaxing trip.

Love this property! The bedrooms are nicely furnished, the beds are nice and comfortable, the pool is perfect; it’s not too deep and is just the right size. The property was close to anything you can imagine but just off the beaten path so one can to enjoy some peace and quiet. I was looking for a nice place to get some Rest and Relaxation and I was not disappointed. Allyson and Don are great hosts and are eager to make your stay the best it can be. I can’t wait to book again and maybe bring my mom and baby nephew next time.
