This booking was a complete failure as we never able to get the gate code and lockbox code from either Vrbo or the property owner. The Vrbo app did not work at all in the areas we were in and we could not make a successful call the Vrbo 877 number. I did talk to Vrbo customer support as I was at the border crossing on the way down and they informed me that the property owner would give us the codes, which never happened. IM'ing with the property owner on checkin day they said that Vrbo was supposed to give them to us, which never happened. We were all beat up and tired and from racing the 2023 Baja 1000 on a motorcycle and the last thing we needed was a such a snafu for something so trivial as getting access to a property that was booked a month ago. Heck the whole deal could be a scam. I wont use Vrbo ever again.

The property is beautiful and secure ,it has a two gated car garage ,the host Raul is a very professional person, I will definitely come back and highly recommended it to anyone ♥️

Good place to stay really close to everything.

We love the house, it is well maintained with everything we needed. Feels safe in the neighborhood and it’s completely fenced. We will definitely go back as soon as we can.

These property is awesome it has everything you need walking distance. Close to shopping center and a big plaza which is Soriana . They also have markets nearby for convenience. Property manager is very nice and welcoming she also was very accessible to our needs . she was very easy to access and was their in a matter of minutes. staff is very friendly . Also property is secure which u can easily park 2 cars with no problems. I can go on and on but it will a big review Will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable home. Mr. Guzmán made sure to meet your accommodations needs and communication is his #1 priority(he will respond to any questions you have within 30 minutes or less). We were welcomed with a treat and cute souvenir bracelets. It shows that Security is his #1 priority. We were able to enjoy the close proximity of travel to the Vineyards and Ensenada’s vast variety of eateries. I highly recommend his home to rent for our future visits and for those who are interested.
