Carmel Holiday is a comfortable three-bedroom, two-bath home that has it all‚ ocean view, WiFi, a fenced yard, and is located only one short block to the beach. Sit on the large wrap-around deck and listen to the sound of the waves or stay warm by the fire either in the upstairs living room or downstairs in the family room. When you walk up the stairs you will find the door to the wrap-around deck, the kitchen that has everything you need to enjoy cooking for your family and friends, a dining room that seats eight, the living room with its wrap around couch and wall of windows facing the ocean, and the main suite with a comfortable bed and private bathroom. The entry level has the family room, which is perfect for family game nights with a round table and poker chips, a futon for additional sleeping, and a TV. The other two bedrooms of this home are down here as well. This is a lovely home with much to offer the person looking for a getaway or for a family vacation. Everything has been considered to make your stay fun and enjoyable. Once you stay here you will want to visit every year. THINGS TO KNOW Two dogs max. There is no AC available If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
