This bright cheerful duplex retreat is four blocks to the beach and one block to downtown Manzanita. With the open floor plan on the main level, you will be able to spend time together while cooking dinner, playing board games at the table, watching TV (streaming available) in the living room, or just relaxing by the gas fireplace. There is a great fenced-in side yard for the kids and dog to play in while you put your feet up and enjoy some quiet time inside after a long fun-filled day at the beach or to get away to when the wind picks up at the beach. Head to the garage and you will find a kids' game table. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms and two baths. The main bedroom has a private bath with a brand new TV with a built-in Firestick to watch your favorite shows. The kids' bedroom has a bunk bed with a trundle bed underneath and has a TV/DVD player for the kiddos to watch their favorite movies. This home will have a seasonal gas grill that is generally available from May through September, depending on inclement weather. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
