Our bad experience began with lack of acces to apartment when we arrived and forced to wait 2 hours for problem to be corrected. Then a woman came into the apartment one morning inaanounces stating she was inspecting and did not believe we were still there. Then we were treated rudely and told we could not have a late check out when the management had sent us an email asking us to pay a fee for a late check out. Terrible and would never stay there again

The apartment is the perfect location, right on the St. Charles parade route during Mardi Gras. It is above a pizza place in an older building and you have to bring your luggage up a steep set of stairs, so be prepared for that. The pizza place is quiet, but with the parades across the street and people hanging out front, the front room is noisy at times. The apartment has been renovated, but there is plenty of room for improvement. The place is fine if you are going to only be staying there to sleep. It doesn’t have a full kitchen, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance and open late. It does have 3 bathrooms, which is great if you have more than two people staying there. The apartment has a keypad which makes getting in easy, but its 10 digits long and hard to memorize. There are also limited towels and other toiletries.

I loved the location for this rental. Very close to the French Quarter and lots of good restaurants. Upon first glance, it seemed pretty clean, the bathroom inside shower curtain has pink mold and smells moldy, other than that pretty clean. We needed to go buy more toilet paper since there was only one roll per bathroom. The living room is pretty open but the couches are not very comfortable. But all in all, good location and good for the price.

We got into town early, and they allowed us to check in before the scheduled time. It’s located on the streetcar line with a stop right outside. There are tons of great bars and restaurants within walking distance. The space was perfect for two adult couples. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom attached. The place was clean and decently stocked. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is conveniently located on St. Charles, with a trolley stop less than 1 block away, providing easy transport to CBD & the French Quarter. Communication from property management was great & check-in was as easy as entering the code on the door. Everything was clean and well stocked [if you like thick towels, you might want to bring one with you] with plenty of bed linens, pillows, and closet space in both bedrooms. The bedrooms are spacious and the main living space is huge, provided lots of room to spread out if needed. The wi-fi connection was good & consistent allowing me to host a pre-planned Zoom class during my stay. There is a little street noise in the front bedroom that could potentially bother light sleepers, but it did not bother me at all. You have to go up a flight of stairs to enter the place, which also means toting your luggage up the stairs - if anyone in your group has mobility issues, this would not work. The neighborhood felt safe & walkable - there are several eating places nearby [Tacos & Beer was great!], a Walgreens ~3 blocks away, and you'll be on the edge of the historic Garden District. Parking is on the street. There are meters in front of the place that work for loading/unloading passengers & luggage, but would be expensive and hard to keep up with on a daily basis. I parked on the street (no meters) on the block behind the property and left my car in the same spot for 3+ days while walking and taking the street car during my stay.
