Great place and location! We came up to see the fall colors. Clint’s place is 5 min from town and restaurants, and 10-20 minutes from the SkyBridge. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen was well stocked! We had a great relaxing getaway! I hope to bring the rest of my family up for a summer vacation!

Clint was an amazing host! The house was perfect for a family of 5! Close proximity to Petoskey, Charlevoix and Mackinac City. The house was clean, neighborhood was great and the amenities inside made us feel like home! Thank you Clint for a great stay!

Clint's home was perfect for myself and my 4 friends to stay for a little getaway for a wedding in Petoskey. Only thing I'd recommend is getting in touch with Clint during check-in time as our apps weren't working, so when we got in finally at 10pm, we didn't have the code to get in, so I had to unfortunately reach out to Clint late at night, but he was very attentive and helped us out :)

We have stayed in rental properties on an annual visit to the area over the past 6-7 years. This has been the best by far. The house was clean and spacious and a nice outdoor area in the back. Quick and easy access to the downtown area. Clint was a wonderful host and readily available if there was anything needed. We will definitely stay again!

Our family had a fantastic stay at Clint’s home. Great communication all through our booking & stay. We really appreciated that Clint is a VERY attentive & generous host. House is in a quiet area…bonus DEER WATCHING in the backyard. Super clean & close to everything in Boyne City. Hope to stay here again next year!!
Worth noting…kitchen has a crockpot, Instant Pot & roasters as well as other cookware.

Everything was immaculate and beautiful. It was like staying in our dream home on vacation. Deer strolled through the back yard multiple times, which the kiddos loved almost as much as the fire pit and s’mores. The directions to all available amenities and sites was extremely helpful and so above and beyond our regular renters. 20/10 highly recommend.

What a great place to spend the long weekend. The home was clean, had everything you needed to enjoy your vacation and any questions you might have were answered immediately. We enjoyed the short walk to the lake, all the surrounding areas, bbqing, and sitting by the bonfire. We would definitely return to this house anytime. Thank you for everything!

My parents and I took a mini vacation up north. The house was wonderfully comfy and quiet after a long day of hiking and stone searching on the beach. Clint could not have been more helpful with directions and suggestions about things to do and places to eat. We can't wait to go back and stay at the same place! So relaxing, it was just what we needed!

Clint was not only attentive to my every need, he was extremely polite and timely with his responses. He lays out the whole stay from start to finish, doesn't require excess duties when leaving, and the house was in a spectacular location for going to either the highlands or the mountain. I had two very minute issues when I stayed and Clint delivered like a mailman working on a Sunday. I WILL stay here again and will most likely ensure I acquire my reservation ahead of time so we can have a great time in this house again. Beds are comfy too!

My adult daughter and I were looking to get away from the city. This is a great place to do that. You can walk to downtown, the lake, the grocery store. There are bike trails and places to go, sights to see. I recommend it highly.

We stayed here with another family for a soccer tournament. Clint was so helpful and detailed with local activities and dining.
House was clean, stocked with everything you need to cook, BBQ and have a evening fire. He even supplies for s’mores.
Will stay here again next year if we have a tournament here!!

Perfect time of year to get away. Was not busy anywhere……in town, shopping, restaurants, etc. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean and provided all the necessary amenities needed. Will definitely go back again! Thank you

Very roomy and comfortable spot in Boyne City. Quiet location down a side street, in a residential neighborhood. So you’re living as a local, not a lakeside tourist. With that in mind, this is a good choice. It’s handy to downtown shops and restaurants, Lake Charlevoix, Walloon, and numerous parks and conservation areas. Large open living area with big comfy couches, big screen, and slider out to the deck. Large private back yard, very relaxing. We were there as a couple, but the house has 3 legitimate bedrooms with nice separation. Good for a family or up to 3 couples. The property manager Clint is super helpful and responsive, as good as any of our host property experiences. Nicely recommended!

Family Getaway
Our family came to Boyne City for a short vacation and a fishing tournament. The Jefferson St home was the perfect size and had all the amenities that our family needed for our stay. We loved how close to the lake i it was. We had a great time and would love to return to stay again.

Nice place for a couple night stay
My husband's birthday was the reason for this trip, he wanted to reconnect with a camp counselor he had growing up, do some swimming and sightseeing. We traveled to my husbands tribe, visited the lake, and saw the Mackinac Bridge with our 14 and 10 year old sons. The house was perfect in size and had a nice large backyard. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and pots and pans. We made a couple meals at the house and the only thing we thought it needed was a cutting board that wasn't glass.
