9/10 The condo was wonderful. It was clean and well stocked. The property and pool were great. Beach bags, chairs, towels and coolers no need to pack them they are there. The owner had more available than any other place I have stayed. The only downside was that the condo was on the third floor with no elevator. I do wish it would have been disclosed in the original description. My fault for assuming things like that would be. My husband has a bad hip and this was a painful oversight for him. If the stairs don’t bother you, this is absolutely the perfect unit and owner.

Host was responsive and great. Very clean condo, pool was awesome, nice gym and tennis court. Central Sarasota which was great for exploring. Great property and very clean and nice property grounds.

We had a great stay. The condo, grounds, pool/facilities were very nice and well maintained. The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would definitely return if in the area again. Thank you.
