With a full kitchen, grill, & complimentary farm fresh eggs, just bring some fixin’s & you’re all set for a wonderful stay! Managed by Heavenly Hosts

- Full bathroom with a walk-in shower
- Spacious and fully stocked kitchen with Keurig + complimentary farm fresh egg (no dishwasher)
- 1 Smart TV in living room & can be viewed from the bedroom area

- Outdoor Chiminea, BYO Firewood
BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, Effective Friday, August 21, 2026 at 9:15 am.: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.
As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!
Please note: goats are fenced in pasture, free-range chickens wander the property.

Getting Around:
We are short drive to downtown area but we do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!

- This property is not suitable for children/infants.
- This property is not pet friendly.
- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.

Very cute little cabin with incredible country feel. Hot tub was very comfortable after a long day walking and wine tasting!

Stay was excellent and property was as expected. Side note internet/wifi did not work but not an issue at all.
