Upon entering Grayshores Getaway, you will be welcomed into a spacious entryway that leads to the main living areas and main floor bedrooms. The expansive living room is furnished with a new sectional, where you can relax and enjoy the lake view with friends and family. Sharing space in this large room you'll have the kitchen and dining area. Wall-to-wall windows create a haven for gazing at Conesus Lake from multiple vantage points. The kitchen is fully equipped to please any chef as they prepare gourmet meals, and ideal for those that want to create their own culinary favorites. Upstairs are three comfortable bedrooms; offering the perfect space to get a good night's rest after your day of play at the lake. The master bedroom with king bed is equip with an ensuite bathroom and office space for working while at the lake. Off the main hallway you will find the second of three full bathrooms, conveniently located near the bedrooms. A bonus room, located at lake level, offers additional space to relax and mingle with your group of travelers. A navy-blue shiplap wall with gas fireplace competes for the focal point of the room with the stunning views outside. Just around the corner, a galley style kitchenette can be found. Store your lake snacks and beverages here. The last three of the six bedrooms can be found on this lower level. Consider yourself lucky to stay on this level – you're closer to the lake! Beautiful location, the house was clean and great use of space with plenty of room to hangout. We were a little disappointed that there was no paper towels or dish towels, so we had to run to the store. Otherwise a wonderful space!

Far from a gourmet kitchen, it lacked basic items. The grill is extremely tiny and we couldn’t cook for all of our family (6 adults 4 children)at the same time. There were no grilling utensils. When we arrived, one of the rooms didn’t have sheets, the rental company was quick to deliver some, but never brought a clean comforter, which was obviously used! Cleaning was just ok. Considering the high cleaning fee, I would expect more.We found ourselves having to venture to the store to get some basic items. And luckily, we packed an extra blanket. We rent 3-4 weeks a year at this lake for several years now. We rented this house for one week to see how we liked it. We found this house missing a lot of the small perks other houses have. If you are bringing or renting a boat.Most of the dock space is taken up by the owners items, Making it tricky for boaters to dock. The positive it’s a big house that can accommodate sleeping for many people. They’ve done a beautiful job remodeling it and the outdoor space is beautiful. It could be a great house with more attention to the needs of their guests.
