The fully stocked kitchen offers almost every gadget you can think of and has all newer appliances. Additionally, there is a separate drink refrigerator and icemaker. The deck off this living space is newly rennovated, and includes plenty of seating with lounge chairs plus a large outdoor dining table. Main king primary suite on this level has fantastic ocean view and private bath. Two additional queen bedrooms share a full bath. All bedrooms contain their own televisions. The lower level contains a second king bedroom with attached bath. The 5th bedroom contains 2 full/twin bunk beds for plenty of sleep space. This level also has its own family room area with large TV and video game units.  PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.  A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.
