The updated kitchen boasts all new cabinets, counters, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, for easy home meal planning. There's also a countertop ice maker for added convenience. Morning brew options include a traditional drip coffee maker and a Nespresso pod machine. In the evenings in the living room while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are located in the main section of the house. A breezeway from the lanai accesses the other two bedrooms and a second bathroom. THINGS TO KNOW The hot tub is available from March 1st - December 1st. The fireplace is not available for guest use. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
