Good size great location for work and good facilities.

the sofa bed was broken we had to repair it, we didn’t have enough bedding pillows or duvets, wasn’t what we expected pictures make it look better then what it is! didn’t have enough plates or cutlery for the amount of people it sleeps!

The location was fantastic... 1 mile away from the venue of a family wedding

The house smelt of cigarettes, fixtures, fittings and furniture have been well used. Very tired needs a complete refurbish and redecorating.

The accomodation was not cleaned for our stay after guests from the previous day had stayed. We had no towels and bedding. The kitchen sink was full of washing up and pans. Fridge worktops dirty. Dirty washing on the dining room floor. Plug sockets very loose and dangerous. Mould on windows. Thick dust and Hairs at side of the bed. Dirt in the bed. I could go on. We contacted the owner as soon as we arrived. No conection on the mobile.number. e mailed twice sent pictures of the complaint. No reply. Disgusting

Paying good money for inadequate accomodation

Suitable for family so not stuck in a room when kids have gone to bed can socialise downstairs in evening

Not the cleanest but not dirty, 2 guest allergic to cats and suffered reactions in downstairs living room. Also sofa beds in living room were not at all comfortable to sleep on and no bedding provided for these luckly brought sleeping bags if not would have been chilly night although heating bangs and knocks through night keeping u up if your a light sleeper. Not enough bowls plates cups or cutlery had we needed for whole group at one time only 2 bowls 5 cups and 4 plates. Hot water wasn't very hot either had to boil kettle to wash up with. Tv in one double room off wall and sitting on chair. Lots of random shower gels, ect(left by previous guests i assume), but no hand soap. Also not a good look when post on door mat when walk in and one letter a red notice for a bill or something and pile of post on window sill so obviously not been looked at for a while.

Place was very clean and great for a comfortable stay, location was perfect, whole house was nice and warm too, communication with host 10/10, will be booking again

Aside from the cleanliness and location there is nothing more positive I can say about this place.

Bed wasn’t a full sized double so we had to sleep in 2 separate rooms! Mattresses were extremely soft. No support at all. No hangers in any of the wardrobes. We pulled up to rubbish dumped all over the bins and overflowing bins. Shower was a trickle. Hot water in the kitchen sink lasted 30 seconds then would go cold for the duration. Remote upstairs didn’t work. Not enough cooking equipment, cutlery etc. Not enough cleaning equipment either. If you are planning on staying here for more than a night, you might want to reconsider or bring everything you need, I mean everything.
