Remodeled house with a private dock on Lake Wallenpaupack. Secluded 4-acre lot. Fully furnished with 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms. Large outside patio with a BBQ grill, brand new hot tub and a fire pit. Lake Wallenpaupack is one of Pennsylvania’s largest lakes, making it an ideal destination for boaters, anglers and swimmers. This home has 150 feet of private lake frontage on Martin's Cove, one of the most desirable locations on the lake with calm water ideal for swimming and water sports. A short drive from historic Hawley town with many restaurant and entertainment options. Central A/C, washer/dryer, dishwasher and a large driveway enough to park 6 cars. Please note you must cross a road to get from the house to the lake. OVERVIEW: *Private Boat Dock *Lakefront *4 beds *4 full baths *HOT TUB *Air Hockey & Ping Pong Table *2 Wifi Smart 4K LED TVs *4 acres of Privacy! LAKEFRONT The house has 150 feet of private lake frontage. A private boat dock is all yours to use during your stay. The house is situated in Martin's Cove - the largest Cove on the lake! PLEASE NOTE: You must cross a road to get from the house to the lake. The lake is also 100-200 feet of elevation below the house, therefore there are many (~50 "stairs") needed to get to the lake. Currently, the lakefront has 2, 2-person kayaks, 1, 1-person kayak, a stand up paddle board and life jackets available for use! We encourage guests to use our outdoor firepit! At this point, the indoor fireplaces are not available for guest use. ALL INCLUSIVE - LINENS We provide hotel-quality towels, sheets, pillows and basic necessities at no additional charge. We aim to keep a lightly stocked kitchen with Nespresso pods, coffee, salt/pepper, and a handful of different seasonings. We are geared towards families that make it a point to care for the homes they vacation in. Please note there are neighbors around the house and sound travels far. We are trying to create a serene getaway for our guests as well as be respectful to our neighbors. So we ask that outside noise be kept to reasonable levels. Please note we have a minimum age requirement of 27 years old. We require the majority of guests to be above 27 years old, with the exception of families. Parking limited to 6 cars, No RVs. We aim to set the standard for short-term rental experiences. We will proactively notify you when early check-in and/or late check-out are possible. AVAILABILITY NOTES -Boat Dock is only available mid May to mid September Weekly Rentals Only from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The house is very well maintained and super clean. The 4 bathrooms were beautifully tiled and very neat and pretty. The deck was awesome for our party of 9. We ate most of our meals outside. Patio table was large with 10 chairs and cushions. Hot tub was ready to go and very handy off the deck. Nice fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs which were all new. Living area was big and spacious and kitchen had all the extras for cooking a complete meal. There was an extra refrigerator in the basement which came in very handy. Only negative complaints were most beds were very uncomfortable (should be updated) and there was an abandoned van parked in the driveway. We had 4 cars so that made it very unhandy maneuvering in and out of driveway. Would recommend this place for large family. Pictures are true to life.
