the worst experience in my entire life

nothing!

it was the WORST experience we have ever had! first of all, we were not provided with the room we have originally booked. instead of being provided with a apartment room, which should have included a living room, kitchen and bedroom, we were provided with smaller double bed rooms. not something we paid for. secondly, the rooms were extremely dirty (I have never seen such a dirty hotel room). there were inspects everywhere. no mattes cover, instead of blanket they have provided a small cover which wouldn’t cover one person, not talking about two people. there were broken shower, broken window, the bed was horrible and almost a mattress on the floor. on top of this the hotel manager didn’t speak a word of English so we couldn’t resolve any of this issues. we have travelled a lot and this is the worst place I have ever stayed….

Nice to stay there but not for the long time.

Price(cheaper than the other) and place (every city facility is accessible by walk). Hotel has a nice and simple design of rooms and lobby itself. If you are lucky to get a room of the 6th floor - you will get a view of the sea bay. Strong doors with 3 locks will make additional feeling of safety. Washing machine is available too - just ask at the reception.

Bad WiFi network connection - even though the router was just 1 meter from the entrance door the signal inside kept disappearing throughout the day. If the hotel is full, you'll always have internet drops and loss of connection, because router is not capable of handling full floor of residents. Bathroom had strange stinky smell, we always had to close the door to avoid it getting inside our room. Also in chat of booking I was told that late check-in (02:00-03:00) was possible and received a nice "OK" message but when arrived it found out that check-in only happens at 13-14 and the hotel has no empty room for us and we only can pay a cheaper for a variant and stay overnight (that's what we have done) until the booked option becomes available.

I would never come back there and will never recommend it to anyone.

the rooms are good, location is ok, close to the seaside, but difficult to find. the guys on the reception are helpful.

however I had an awful experience with the director of the hotel. he sold my room even I had a night to stay, and I informed personnel about the possibility to come back for a night and asked to make check out the next day if I won’t come back. later I decided to come back to hotel and informed but they said that they don’t have available room, even mine was paid for the night. and the time was late at the midnight, I asked to refund me money to have another hotel, thanks to personnel they helped me with that. however it was a bad experience and inconvenience to move to another hotel at the middle of the night.

bathroom is a little run down and not the cleanest, wifi did not work in our room on the 2nd floor

It was OK for one night stay

The check in was smooth. There is elevator for upper floor rooms. Quite area.

No air condition in the single bed area/room. Not easy to find parking (limited parking spaces)

The idea of apartment was nice, staff where helpful to some extent. Air-conditioning working well. View was fair No carpets is a nice idea to keep place clean.

Parking area is not good enough, Kitchen needs to have more tools. staff has to be more friendly doesn't need to show they are right but let the customer to be comfortable is more important than they show up that they are right and seems like a battle to win for Turkish nationality. It is a business not politics.
