Sitting at the foot of the Cascades, Enumclaw Estates main house boasts incredible views of Mt. Rainier, Mt. Peak & Mt. Baldy! Offering plenty of space to spread out and play or relax in solitude, you'll be in the lap of luxury at this stunning property. Located just over an hour from Seattle, WA *Extended guest occupancy is available in the barn retreat for a total of 30 overnight guests. Book your stay today! -Check-in: 4:00 p.m. (11:00a.m. for scheduled event stays) -Access Road & Driveway Speed Limit is 5 MPH -NO Parties OR Events without Venue Rental -NO Fireworks -NO Smoking -NO Pets -NO additional guests without consent of host -Quiet Time: 10:00p.m.-7:00a.m. weekdays / 10:00p.m.-9:00a.m. weekends *Please respect our neighbors -Please don’t eat or drink outside of kitchen or dining areas -NO food or drink on the pool table -NO stickers of any kind on walls/doors/windows/etc. -Do not remove your makeup with our white towels or you will be charged for replacement -Do not move our furniture (patio furniture included) -Please close & secure the doors behind you when you leave the residence(s) -Please monitor doors & children closely as there are ponds on the estate that could quickly become a safety issue. -Put toys back into yard box when finished & do not leave them laying on grass -Check-out: 11:00a.m. -Please treat our home like you would your own *Our goal is for you and your guests to have a relaxing, enjoyable stay on our estate. We held our family reunion in August and just want to tell you what a wonderful time we all had. We enjoyed meeting Randy, he was very helpful when we needed it. The Estate is absolutely the perfect place for a large group. We had both the barn and the main house. EVERYTHING was perfect with plenty of space for everyone to sleep, for the kids to play in the yard and they really enjoyed the movie room. VERY will appointed amenities in all the rooms and the kitchen was fantastic! We will definitely book again for our next event, Thank you.

Just the BEST place. Our family of 27 enjoyed our stay at Enumclaw Estates. The house is just perfect for a large gathering, the host is absolutely gracious and accommodating. We have never had such a remarkable family get together, largely due to the beauty and spaciousness of the house. THANK YOU Randy and Stefani. We all want to come back someday

This large home is beautifully finished, furnished, and decorated, and very well supplied for a large group stay. The kitchen exceeded all expectations--all very high end appliances and equipped for every need. The separate bar area and coffee counter kept the kitchen from being crowded. Stefani was on top of the communication, and the owner went above and beyond helping our group through the ice storm. We would love to come back!

We just had a mini family reunion here- we had 5 adults and 13 kids, and there was plenty of room! The house is huge, clean, and beautifully decorated. The grounds are lovely and have amazing views of Rainier and the surrounding farmlands. Our host was extremely attentive, answering all of our emailed questions within minutes. They had also left snacks for us throughout the house. The kids' room had tons of toys and our littles really enjoyed playing Nintendo on the huge screen in the movie room. They also had fun spotting the fish in the pond, and our kind host let them help him feed the fish! We really enjoyed the conviences of two dishwashers, two washer and dryer sets, and an enormous tub and shower in the master suite. Having the mini bunk room attached to the master suite was also perfect for our littles. Everyone kept commenting how nice the place was and how enjoyable the trip was! We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again! Highly, highly recommend!
