The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of choices. I loved the pool!

Location was good, it was clean (shouldn’t expect anything else really)
Room had no windows which essentially meant it was a big storage cupboard. There was a window in the bathroom but if you wanted to use the facilities you had to pull the blind down to block out the flats opposite. Lighting switches were over-complicated, hardly room to walk around the end of the bed, poorly designed room in general and strangely, dated.
On the first day I asked the young chap at the front desk if I could get the coffee shop to give me a tiny amount of milk for two cups of tea in the room. He facilitated but made it clear it was complimentary on this first occasion only. I felt that was pretty poor.
