No breakfast. Location was difficult to exit the parking lot because it put you right on the freeway. Needs another exit point to not enter the high speed of the freeway

Staff was very friendly. Hot shower with good water pressure, set up for longer-term stays, and quiet with a nice view of the trees and sunset from the balcony.
Location is remote so I had to skp dinner, and there was no breakfast. There were dead mosquitoes in the sheets somehow, which also had a stain.

The $100 refundable deposit was disclosed for just cash paying guests in the booking app and in the welcome message. When I approached the front desk they told me if I want my room I have to pay $100 although I booked via booking.com online and paid the mobile only price. I paid the deposit however the requirement to pay $100 deposit for both card and cash guests should be included in the bio or information provided when guests are looking to book before adding any card information. This will prevent issues with guests in the near future and also prevent bad reviews.
